Well, I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked her up only four hours after dropping her off and she had a beautiful "teddy bear" cut. She's so precious anyway but a good haircut at an amazing price ($35) is just the icing on the cake. Over all, I'm extremely happy with not only my puppy's haircut but also the professionalism and kindness of the team at Ashley's. They got us checked in early and our dogs were well taken care of during their stay. When I picked up my dog from a week long boarding, I was told she had a "runny nose." She had a very serious upper respiratory infection that needed treatment well before I picked her up. I got her on antibiotics immediantly but it was to late. She passed away days later. And this was entirely due to the ineptitude of the staff and the unwillingness to properly care for pets/family. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS!
