Maryland has changed the process in the last three years but typically with the changes I always double check with Maryland to confirm. With that being said I was overcharged for two sets of fingerprints when in fact I only needed one set of fingerprints. With the cost of the entire process I was not prepared to pay an additional 68 dollars, the representative was informed it was for a renewal and had me sign and annotate that it was for a renewal and still charged me the additional fee. That aside everything else was streamlined and executed with efficiency .
