In both instances, we did the full loan application, and from the initial purchase contract being signed until we were Clear-to-Close, Jamie got the paperwork pushed through FAST -- pretty sure in record time. I don't know what magic she has, but the the speed that she got things done was impressive!! I was referred to this company by a realtor, and was told I would get the lowest price possible…read more Bottom line, they quoted me high rates that weren't even being offered by banks (banks were 2% less than what he was saying). He said it would be thousands of dollars more at closing if I wanted lower rates, and that he would take care of lender fees. I ended up calling 7 different banks and they said they have no clue where his quotes were from, and sent me the actual quotes for that time period (same day as his quotes/ within the same hour and all banks had roughly the same rates, but none were even close to being as high as his). I ended up closing at an extremely low rate, and paying very little at closing. Going with the bank, I saved 2%, $200 monthly payment, close to $10k at closing and $250k over the 30 years on interest. I'm not sure what motivated him to drive up my price, but I will NEVER recommend him to anyone. He acted like he was doing me a favor and helping me out, but after very little research, I see how these companies will attempt to scam people that aren't savvy with the house buying process.

While waiting on the loan approval, she introduced me to Grey, who went over my employer sponsored life and disability benefits. He helped me identify shortcomings in the coverage I had, and helped me rectify it by finding an amount that I was comfortable with, without trying to oversell. These 2 people, the receptionist, and everyone else I encountered during my 2 visits there helped me to realize that it doesn't always have to be a chore or dreaded experience when dealing with insurance agents. They created a loyal, happy, customer, that is actually excited about the changes made that day.
