History

Established in 2014.

Starting from humble beginnings, the owner, Brian started by freelancing on different projects while working full-time at a large company making a six figure income. He found that he was good at a lot of things, from tutoring college kids to working for business owners. He implemented accounting systems, payroll systems, and started doing taxes. He found it extremely gratifying to have such a positive impact on small businesses. Pretty soon, he started Take Flight Business LLC. Brian has a wealth of knowledge and experience that he can really use to have a positive impact on businesses. More than just a bookkeeper who knows nothing about tax and more than just a tax preparer who knows nothing about accounting, Brian is a business partner with the smarts for strategy and the ability to help small businesses grow and profit.

Meet the Business Owner: Brian D.

Brian earned his MBA from the Thunderbird School at Arizona State in 2000. The school's program was recently name the # 15th best executive education program worldwide. While working full-time, Brian became a Certified Management Accountant in 2008, a Certified Treasury Profession in 2009, and a Licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2014 in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Brian has 16 years of work experience and has lead accounting, finance (planning and analysis), and business intelligence teams. Now, he helps entrepreneurs and small business owners find their success.
