See lots of people donating, but don't see much of it ever hit the floor. They used to put items out all day long and now maybe twice a day. So where is everything going? This place was also to help the people in our community who are in need. That's the point....right? I don't know how they can afford it. Selling items up to $12 and $15, on the junk side. Sad part is if you were to have a garage sale, you could sell it cheaper than that, but no one would buy it. They'd buy it from here, just because it's sitting in a store. They would claim it's the economy. Just an excuse...someone's filling their pocket.

My order confirmation has a 7-10 day delivery window. Seventeen days later (and no further email confirmations) I visit the store questioning the status of my order. They look in the back for a few minutes and come back and say "you're delivery isn't here". I asked how long it usually takes since it's been nearly 3 weeks since my order was "shipped". The 2 girls in the front state that the store has no control over shipments. This is at 5pm. At 10pm, I receive an email "your order has been delivered to the store". So you're telling me a truck came on a Sunday after 5pm to deliver my package? On Monday we return to the store and they can't locate my package again. This is a 4 foot sign; it shouldn't just go missing. They eventually found it, after three women including the manager spent ten minutes looking for it. It shouldn't be this hard to pick up one $60 sign. I hope they do not treat all of their customers this way and misplace orders often.
