I went in the other day with some pieces and Frankie helped me out. We were able to finish a deal super quick and easy with great prices.

A hole lost a customer because of rudeness and inconsiderate behavior. I called and asked if they could test for rhenium and ruthenium, he said yes to ruthenium but maybe the machine can't do the rhenium. I come in and he looks annoyed and not friendly already. Puts the rhenium in the machine but doesn't want to change out the setting, something that would take a minute and doesn't harm the machine. It's in the packaging so maybe it won't work because of that, but he just breezes through it and throws his hands up in the air about the setting for refractory metals. The ruthenium, he could test that and he said he would. The ruthenium being in powder form doesn't make a difference, you specializing in gold and silver doesn't make a difference. Your machine can test it then you can test it. It's not going to harm it. You were just in a pissy mood and didn't feel like doing any work. I went to spmx and confirmed it there. I've spent thousands at this shop and I offered to buy something or pay you for it, so no I'm not a freeloader here. You can't even be bothered to run a simple little test. I brought a glass crucible to put it into, worked just fine at spmx no big deal. I spent 1k on it and you didn't care if I couldn't test to make sure it's legit and that I could have been ripped off. Absolutely horrendous customer service and treatment of a regular. Not running a 30 second test for a repeat customer that offered to even pay for it, to pay for something that costs you nothing to run but I offered. There was no one else there, just wes and his employees. Not busy, they were just hanging around. So this isn't me intruding with a weird request when they have 10 other customers in there. Yeah it's your 25,000$ machine but I'm a customer and I offered to pay for it. I won't be buying from you ever again, I'll buy online and test elsewhere if I need to. I am never going back. There was no need for you to act that way, I'm not asking for anything difficult, you're not taking any risk, you aren't spending any time or money to put this into your xrf machine. they don't care about customers, they don't care if you've spent thousands with them. They will treat you poorly for no reason at all. Go to spmx or buy online, Walmart through sd bullion or other big merchants have better deals than these guys anyway. eBay has good deals too.
