We scarfed them down pretty quickly. I never saw the chicken sandwich because he ate it so fast. That means it was good. Owners/employees: They were very friendly and even gave me some extra lettuce gratis when I asked to buy a little to give to my pet bearded dragon. That makes them aces in my book! We waited in line, but many people stayed back to hold seats for others, so we stood and ate our stuffed puppies. Another hang up were the drinks. They were serving beer and wine on this particular day, but we just wanted bottled waters and none of the trucks were selling drinks. So, we had to wait in the beer and wine line to get a bottled water. I'd suggest them making a separate line for just sodas, bottled water and other non-alcoholic drinks. The event had a fundraising component. They were donating a portion of the proceeds to the North Augusta Bark Park. Overall, cool event. I'd just like to have seat to enjoy my food next time.

He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. Everyone has off days, and we'll continue to support them. Keeping my 5-star rating because this place truly deserves it.
