When we initially met with the caterer 7 months before our wedding, we had told them that we estimated 130 guests, but it would probably be less. They told us that wouldn't be an issue and to let them know a month out a final guest count. However, a month out from our wedding, they were trying to charge us for a full 130 when we had told them that our guest count was 105 (including the bride & groom). Our wedding planner was able to convince them to charge us for only 115 people, so we ended up inviting another 4 guests since we were paying for the food. So we had 109 guests and were paying for 115. We couldn't believe it and were completely disappointed to later find out that some of the food ran out, specifically the mahi mahi entree, when we had paid for 6 more people than we ended up having in attendance. Those who did not get to eat mahi were given more of the appetizers to compensate. Per our contract we had understood that we paid for more than the amount of actual guests and we can't understand why a main entree had run out before two full tables had been served. The caterer was not only late to the venue for initial set up, but was also very late to serve the food, after it had been blessed and a thank you speech from the father of the bride, to let our guests eat. This lead to many of our guests questioning both my wife and myself when we would actually have dinner. The food was good, but due to the service, we would not recommend this company for your catering needs ever.

We also had a carved turkey breast with cranberry relish, and some really great breads. Provided all is good we may order again shortly. Order by Wednesday night to get Sunday delivery and also note delivery charges are fair and appear to not be waived at any price point. Kudos for being able to leave tip in advance. Driver was nice, on time, and very cordial. The only suggestion would be to offer directions to warm food in addition to just microwave directions. They had exquisite and delectable food: mini lobster rolls (yes, real lobster!), shrimp cocktail, ceviche, pasta with pesto sauce, elegant ham, roast beef, and turkey croissants, quinoa with raspberries and orange (I think, not sure, but delish), homemade ice cream, key lime pie dessert, and much more. The food was soooooo good and the presentation super cute. The staff was very friendly and diligent, but what impressed us the most, was that the owner of the catering company, "Hollywood", was going around the party meeting the attendees to make sure everything was ok with the food and everyone was happy with it. We were telling him how delicious the food was and my husband mentioned the mini lobster rolls. A lady that we know that was chatting with us heard mini lobster rolls, and said that she did not try one yet. I have received calls all morning from guests that said the party was the best they have EVER experienced.
