I love how the different meals are organized by the category of meals you are looking to eat. They have a shopping cart there if you don't want to carry the meals. They offer healthy snacks and a breakfast items as well. If you wish to heat up your food there, you can because they have microwaves available for use. I can't wait to try more of the choices they have available. They have a garage parking and a they have a reserved parking spaces for 15 minute parking for ideal nutrition customers. Excellent pre-packaged health food spot in East Boca. Small free parking area next to the business or pay2park spaces for $5.00 per hour along the roadway. We went here tonight to purchase a few cold nutritious meals for my kid. All the foods sounded tasty but ended up with two Roasted Pulled Pork and Asian Beef Bowl, both with 460 calories and 30 grams of protein which is great for only $8.25 each. It is not a heavy meal but nutritionally well balanced. They offer three microwave ovens to heat up the food and sit at a table to eat or a grab n' go concept. It was very busy tonight in the small store. There are several dessert options including protein cookies and full meal replacement flavored bars. read more

I recommend the Meatballs Marinara, Quesadillas, Coconut Curry Chicken, Enchiladas and their Firecracker Meatballs are great as well. If you're feeling a little snazzy and don't want to behave, look out for chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. Higher on calorie side but worth it! The pre-packaged foods are a good idea for people n the run and don't want to cook but want a healthy option. We bought a few of the cold foods at around 430 calories with a lot of protein. I tried the meatballs with stuffed shells and was BLOWN away with the flavor and taste. It was perfectly satisfying; with a good amount of meatballs (4) and a good amount of stuffed pasta shells. This meal makes eating healthy so worth it; it tastes like you are eating comfort food while still hitting your macros and goals. I am excited to try more meals!!! The portions are on the smaller side, which I actually appreciate since I'm trying to be more mindful of my caloric intake. Sometimes I'll add extra rice or veggies if I want to bulk it up a little, but most of the time I don't need to. A nice surprise has been that many of the meals are kid-friendly too--my kids actually enjoy several of the dishes, which makes my life even easier. Meals come in individual plastic containers, delivered in a temperature-controlled bag with ice packs every Sunday. You store them in the fridge and heat them up in the microwave--super easy. Sometimes I'll toss the chicken in the toaster oven for a few minutes to crisp it up a bit more. So far, we've also tried: Chicken Carbonara Grilled Shrimp Romano Chicken Pulled Chicken Pancakes Every item I've tried has been delicious. I really wanted to love them but their delivery, meal quality, and customer service aren't consistent. Meals are sometimes gross and delivery times always vary. Sometimes they deliver at 1pm, or at 5pm. They give like a ten minute warning but I can't sit around all afternoon and wait for the food. One time they messed up my whole order, and I was without food for the week. They offered me $10%, which came to about $9 off my next delivery for the week. Such a joke.
