She hung up on me and I had to call this morning to tell them I still need my medication and can purchase as I always do. My insurance had a $1K copay! I realize that my essential tremors are difficult to understand me whenever I am stressed. It isn't easy. People need to be patient with me when calling with bad news. This morning I was advised they are working on my meds so it really didn't make any difference. I am grateful they let me know my insurance plan had been cancelled. I didn't know and was able to get into another plan starting Feb. Seniors on Medicare need to enroll every year during enrollment period. The employees appear to be there only to wander around glaring with hostility at any customer that might approach them.

They need to hire some one to answer the phone or hire more employees.
