The first I heard of their relocation was by accident, when I stopped by 2 days before my prescription was due (on a Friday). I was directed by the new owner of the gas station/market to a sign on the door that said "text your bday to transfer your prescription either to Walgreens or Walmart. I requested Walmart, called next morning and was told that because I had a controlled substance, only my doctor could call the prescription in and the pharmacist should have known that. Luckily, I was not out of my meds and on Monday, I called my doctor to request they move my prescription to a new pharmacy. The Rio Rico pharmacy was not answering calls, so I had to call my doctor again and explain what had happened. I finally got my prescription filled, but am extremely unhappy with Rio Rico Pharmacy, due to their lack of communication. Will never fill a script here again. Would give them a minus one, if I could.
