I found they have many options. There are large signs pointing you to the cruise ships. This plaza can be a bit confusing. Today the escalator were not working. If you can't navigate stairs then beware! Later on in the day, it caused a long line of cruisers trying to return to the ship. Due to a lack of escalators, the line was 2 hours long. I returned long before this happened. Come early and take advantage of the large Cozumel sign for a photo op.

And there are other stalls lining the outer inside ring, selling various things, under one roof. They had a wide selection of souvenirs but I found the prices to be about the same as at the touristy Plaza Longosto. I found my niece upstairs, hanging out with Cristian who is the man in charge of the tequila tasting. By the way, just say yes, because he doesn't take no for an answer!! We tried chocolate tequila, vanilla tequila, pomegranate, apricot... oh the list goes on. Plus the conversion was 1US to 20 Peso vs 16.50 at the port markets. I am giving the 3 stars on the three places mentioned above. That accomplished most of what I wanted to do in Cozumel. Except for the HRC I did not see any other restaurants here (Carl's Jr appeared to be out of business). I felt that for more touristy shopping the better option is the shopping center across the street to the south. To be fair I am reviewing this center because of the pharmacy.
