on Friday december 26 their service completly was really bad. when I got there the person taking the order said tgey didnt had items I wanted (no gam, no pancake batter) then I settled for a sausage breakfast burrito. I was at the drive thru at 8:40 I finally got to the window at 9:09 and I asked if they had startedxmy burrito. Which he checked wirh the cook and no they had not so I was already late to work and had to cancel my order after all tgat wait. horrible planning for an after holiday!! management messed up on orders and amount of cooks for sure! read more

We never had a problem with this location but today we had some really big problems and one of the workers said "do you want the cooks to scrap off the cheese or make a whole new burger?". On the upside, the drive-thru line wasn't busy. This was 7pm on Thursday. I ordered a cheeseburger, no onions, and two orders of french fries. The fries were okay, but the downside was the burger was below average - main complaint was the burger must have been cooked over 45 minutes before I got there. Not hot or close to being cooked recently. I had not been there for a couple of years, but it seemed like the food was okay before. Another downside is with drive-thru order. When you get home, it's way to late to complain. My drive was only 6 minutes to my house. I had French fries for my dinner. Don't know what's going on with their staff or management, but I would NEVER recommend this place. The competition in Hemet is amazing. No wonder no one was there (parking lot was empty). Score: 1 out of 10. I'm surprised corporate hasn't yanked the help out of there. It must be hard to find decent help. $20 blown on a horrible meal! No drink purchased. RIP-OFF! read more

It's GOOD! Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a sit down spot that's not too wild, you won't go wrong with this farmer boys. Breakfast is Farmer Boy's specialty although I do enjoy their burgers and fries quite a bit! The restaurant is in the middle of the spectrum, noise-wise it's pretty calm most of the time. I'd say you can bring your family here and have a good time. This spot has plenty of seating for large and small groups, there's a self-serve fountain and the food is brought to your table. Service is usually pretty solid, most of the staff are nice. I don't use the restroom here but they're there if you need them. As for recommendations, the Denver Omelette is a must! read more

Usually a great experience but we received no sauces & extremely small chicken tenders. waited a long time for the order and it was still incorrect. Overall this is typically a great place to eat but this was an overall terrible experience. The guest relations team offered a free side as a gesture. Got a bacon turkey melt combo meal with zucchini and chili cheese fries, everytime else seems good but the bag with the zucchini sticks just ripped open and they all fell onto my food, after i pulled them out they all look and taste like they've been reheated up or microwaved. Usually i never have a problem with the zucchini sticks but today really wasn't fufulling, even though I spent $30 bucks to eat good they didn't achieve the bare minimum. We came here because it was close and he was hungry, I'm not a fan of their burgers so I go for the salads. The service was ok, I stood at the counter for second, mins you people was their and I was told "one sec", no biggie. When ordering I see that a burger bacon no cheese combo is $16 I didn't know it was that expensive here and the food is not that awesome so I'm confused. We sat there to eat, it was cool, a couple of other people was sitting inside as well, it's just a casual place. ROACH IN DRINK NEVER GO HERE Today on July-2-2024 I went the this location Farmer Boys and bought my son a hamburger combo meal and went home. Then as my son was finishing his meal he opened his drink to chew on the ice and as he put the ice in his mouth the felt something weird he said and spat it out. What came out was a Cockroach still frozen inside the ice. A WHOLE COCKROACH my poor son immediately started to violently vomit every he just ate. So we took the still frozen ice roach back to the restaurant to let the manager know. And still right after we showed and let them know what had happened they still continued to serve the ice from the same ice machine. Disgusting he should have immediately let employees know to stop using that ice machine so it can be properly sanitized. You would think if proper sanitary conditions were met then there should have not been any live insects in their food. Cannot imagine what else was contaminated in my son's combo meal. This is the worse thing ever. I had to take my son to be seen right away and doctor agreed and just couldn't believe this horrific incident. My son was given medication but the mental distress will forever haunt him. Never again had to give one star but it possible it would have been negative all stars read more

The phone ordering process for the Hemet store is terrible. They answer the phone and put you on hold and you never get to order your food. You might as well go somewhere else, I've complained about this numerous times, and nothing happens. Sonic is right around the corner, Starbucks has food and there's a few other stores coming in. Walked into farmers here to get a lunch and discovered that they are charging 1150 for a hamburger, and make it a combo for $6.50 more. That makes a hamburger fries and a Coke $18. We visit often but as other reviews state that the food is inconsistent. The burgers are so well done and fry that they have no flavor. The onion rings are thickly breaded and tasteless! My breakfast eggs were over cooked and hard! But, in all fairness there salads are terrific, and the staff is always attentive. Since this review was written some months back we found that no improvements have been made. The burgers are thin and dry. Their bacon is hard as rocks in their burritos and salads, so hard we had trouble chewing it! Their bacon served with bacon and eggs is thin and so over cooked it breaks into pieces when you cut it! They have a tough time making eggs over easy, we have sent our breakfast plates back on several occasions due to well cooked and broken egg yolks. Their chicken sandwiches are so dry that you have to dip the meat in Mayo or ketchup to moisten it, plus it was so thick we had to soak it down. We are still wondering what type of award was given to them for their burgers! Their salsa is a joke, flavorless diced tomatoes in some weird concoction of spices and veggies! Somebody forgot the salt and spices! We will continue to use farmer boys but not for breakfast or lunch! About the only thing we like are the chili cheese fries. I have on several occasions emailed corporate but nothing has been done to rectify their inconsistencies of poorly made food! Get with it farmer boys or you will loose customers! This place has some work to do. I have come here 3 times and had a complaint with each order 1. Chicken salad the chicken was super dry 2. Grilled chicken sandwich chicken was super dry again! 3. Fried chicken sandwich, the chicken didn't seem fully cooked the fillet was tough when you bit into it, all 3 wasted meals.
