Allstate was there when we needed them and with amazing speed and fantastic customer service. Our vehicle was broken into on a Saturday night and by Tuesday a check from Allstate was in the bank. Beth with the claims department gave five star customer service. Beth was concerned, kind, professional and very clear as to what to expect. Due to the Covid 19 theft crimes are way up and Beth was swamped! Allstate I want you to know that your customer never felt. Beth did an amazing job! Choosing Allstate is my most regrettable…read moredecision in life as they are out to avoid laying any claims and when an adjuster sets out to do the right the right thing and appropriately write up the claim, the reassign the claim to one of their bulldogs who will deny everything. Advocates in the office do nothing to help you and instead will avoid answering questions, especially when calling their bluff. And as for Brent Walters, well he is just nonexistent except for his picture and his forwarding of messages to his staff to call back. I decided it was the time to price compare and found a much better price at State Farm. I cancelled the Allstate policy... except it somehow didn't go through. Got charged for a month and called saying I cancelled to which they saw it was on file but didn't go through. I had to call again a week later to ask if it really was confirmed and if the charge was going to get dropped as I had gotten another notification. Now months later, I get a call to sign up for services at least once a week. I've told them 3 separate occasions to remove me from the list, do not call me again, all types of phrases signalling that I do not want solicitation. DO NOT have any business with this horrible insurance agent
