I accepted for them to give me a quote and they told me they could give me a better price than my current policy. I asked if they're sure about it and they said yes, showing me the price. So I cancel my old insurance and when I got their insurance they said they're sorry, there was a mistake, they could not give me the price they offered me. For sure I got very upset. At the end they gave me some gift cards as credit for the price they could not match. Even when they try to fix it, I wasn't happy with what happened. First, they still lied to me. Second, they wasted my time. And 3rd, the following policy (after 6 months) came without the gift cards so at the end I ended up paying more that what they initially told me. I didn't contact them because I was so sick of that so I decided to pay the extra money for my peace of mind. Now it's time to renew my policy again. I had a minor accident in February. I'll include the pictures so you can see how small was the incident. I just found out they are increasing my policy from $946.34 to $2717.30!!!!! Yes, you read it right. I just contacted the person who managed my accident claim to see if I killed someone (sarcasm). I just don't understand how they can increase my policy from $157.7 to $452.9 PER MONTH. I don't get it. When I received the new policy I was convinced it was a mistake so I called them to ask. And that's absolutely right!! They're charging me $452.9 PER MONTH. Please see the damage of the car in the pictures. So, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET ALLSTATE INSURANCE. And of course I cancelled my insurance coverage with them and already got a new insurance for $180.00 per month.
