I started off contacting Adam for Health Insurance and after a great initial experience with them Beach Financial now handle all my personal insurances (health, rental, cars etc) and all my company's business insurance needs (health, liability, workers comp etc) too. Over the last few years I've seen Adam, Ana and Mike deal with a variety of situations - they are always clear and helpful and friendly. I had a very bad experience with Adam Beach. Because his reviews are very good in the Yelp, I met him and discussed about my health insurance. He is knowledgeable alright. I got new health and dental insurance plan from him. Six months later, I had a contract problem with my carrier. So I tried to ask Adam to help me to solve this problem. I left a message to him, but there was no reply. The next day, I left a message again, there was no reply again. He completely ignored me without any explanation. After 4 messages in 3 days, I finally realized what his intention is. He separates clients. For one side, he may takes care of you. For another side, he ignores you completely AFTER he got a contract. What a shame. P.S. All reviews, except mine, in 2016 are concentrated in one month period with excellent marks. Am staggered to see bad reviews of Adam and his team. I used him for years for me and my disabled son's health insurance and he made everything easy. I never understood health insurance until I had Adam guide me through it all. Am surprised to read that he didn't call people back - he was very diligent at returning my calls and if he couldn't one of his colleagues would. I won't lie, I was a difficult client in that I was often going out of network and quite demanding, but Adam and his team handled even my most grumpiest of moments.
