Almost completely unresponsive and unreliable. He re-quoted auto insurance coverage last year, and then neglected to follow-up to insure that required documentation was on file. When I called 6 weeks later to inquire about status, he informed me that the quoted rate was no longer available. As a result of continued, poor customer service and increased rates, I notified both Michael and Farmer's corporate in May, 2023 that I would not be renewing the auto or home insurance policies beyond the current policy period, which expired in mid-July, 2023. I just learned today that they deducted funds from my account (that they're no longer authorized to pull), and I had to escalate to Farmer's corporate to request and initiate resolution. Not a great use of time on a Saturday evening...
