Process of evaluating the incident was sloppy with very poor communication switching several agent to evaluate the claim. It took 17 days for the claim adjuster for "Phone interview" related to incident and at that time instead of hearing our side of story, started blaming us for the accident, was belligerent, rude, totally unprofessional and outright nasty. We were well taken care of when we submitted a claim for a flooding issue, however I do not know what role the agent played in that (if any) because I dealt with another individual during that period. When I have dealt with Ashraf, I came away feeling frustrated and irritated. Rarely does anyone answer the phone, and the one time he did answer, it was an abrupt "HOLD ON" greeting and then a long waiting period...so long you have no choice but to hang up and try again. If you leave a message, you may or not ever get a return phone call. We are now in the process of trying to secure our independence from this agency, and it hasn't been an easy task. While I would certainly use Allstate again in the future, I will not ever use this particular agency again.

One of the best as far as professionalism and rates. I have had the pleasure of working with Dan Sparks and anytime I left a message or had a question, I received a call or email from him. He would go over with me on all my insurance needs annually being that I had my cars, home, investment and umbrella policies with him. Everyone in the office was very kind ESPECIALLY Jorie Grapenthien. She handled most of my transactions with autos and I cannot say enough good things about her. Always greeted me kindly on the phone and very attentive with my situation. They gave me the option of removing and adding coverages when my son went back to college and everytime I called, I was sent an email that the cars were either out of storage or back in storage. The only reason I left was due to a car accident my son had 3 years ago that will not fall off till september 2019 which is more corporate rules than the individual agency. Their rates on the other policies beat the competitor. Looking very forward to coming back later this year since they will be able to compare 'apples to apples' once September rolls around on auto policy.
