Advance Insurance started ignoring my calls and texts and renewed my policies. After multiple attempts to get ahold of someone at the company, I finally succeeded and was able to cancel the policies, but I wasn't refunded the total policy amount. I should have been because I didn't approve the renewals (and I'd gotten policies through a different company, so I didn't need the unapproved policies).
