Can't get my policy cancelled. My contact person left the company. Called and pushed the button for the first person in the directory list. Was told who to email. Emailed twice during the past 4 weeks. No response. Can't speak to a live person when I call. Now I'm getting past due notices on my policy. Working from home during COVID is one thing, but you have to answer emails and pick up the doggone phone. I'm sure if I were calling for new policies I'd get a response right away. Update. Just received a voicemail from Brady Hill. The person I emailed was on vacation, then was in a car accident. Apparently they have no one monitoring his correspondence.
