They took it upon themselves to add me primary on my kids policy without my knowledge I used them for an insurance company without any problems and then all of a sudden they started doing funny business and now I'm paying way higher rate somewhere else and I don't want to be associated with them or nor do I want them to be my brokers anymore. I told them I wanted a refund for an insurance policy that I did not start. I think Tom thinks I'm kidding when I tell him I'm gonna report him to Kwame Raul and to the insurance commission in Chicago but I am because what they did is well let's just leave it there. What they did is to be determined by the proper Agencies. He didn't even have the decency to call me back and explain to me how what happened could have possibly happened and it's fine but what I use them for an insurance policy again absolutely no never.

Even though you can get insurance coverage over the internet, you really need someone you can call or talk to who knows you at least a little. It makes all the difference when you need to make a claim or just need an understanding of something...and you don't have to re-answer questions over and over...you can just go right to getting advice or help....again because he knows you. Service is where they are excellent, and the getting to know you part is what Perry does. It's not like he is nosy, but I feel that he wants to get to know his customers and over time, it felt like I was giving a friend a call....like he was in my corner and ready to help me with whatever I needed. In dealing with other insurance companies I've had they have often dropped the ball and not come through for me. Perry has always done what he says he's going to do and he's never made a mistake that I can recall...and so he earned my trust quickly. I can't recommend Perry's agency enough and I would still be with him if I had not moved out of state. That's the only reason I changed carriers.
