She finally picked up when I called this morning and did nothing screamed vulgarities at me, make false statements and screamed over my voice and hung up the phone. She's extremely ghetto & trashy lacks social etiquette, decorum, basic professionalism and integrity.

When you try to cancel the policy they make you jump through hoops. Absolutely ridiculous. My husband tried to cancel his policy 8/8/22, they said they needed his insurance card so he had his new insurance send it to them, but they claimed they never received it. They withdrew money on 8/11/22, called and had insurance card sent AGAIN but the last name was spelled wrong so they still didn't cancel the insurance so another payment came out on 9/13/22 even though the new policy started 8/8. I'm also so baffled by the customer service as I called and the lady I spoke to acted like I couldn't read the new policy effective date or that I was lying. To which I called her a witch (with a b) and she hung up on me. This is just so ridiculous and i expect my husband to be paid interest on this money you OWE him!!!!!!!!! And the mental health tool it has had on us. $250 is a lot for two months on a car that is worth $700. You are scam artists saying this is standard practice as I have switched many times in my life and never had to deal with such.

Complete with itinerary and even emergency resort numbers to provide to your family members in case they needed to contact you. What a great way to get outta this nasty snow and frigid temperatures.
