She and her boss, Mark McLaughlin (sp?) were FULL of EXCUSES as to why this happened and why none of it was their fault. It's been over 2 months and we still haven't heard from the one insurance company. VERY BAD customer service at this location. Would NOT recommend ANYONE doing business here.

I have always been made to feel comfortable to call and request a policy and always felt like I was top priority to First Security. My opinion of this business is based on my dealings with Dee who has been my agent since the beginning. Dee is customer service driven and works extremely hard to take care of whatever problems you may encounter. I am the type of person who asks tons and tons of questions and she never once gave me the impression that she was annoyed; she always answered every single question with understanding and patience. She keeps open and timely communication to allow for transparency and advises you with your best interests in mind. Furthermore, Dee also knows that I am a person, not just a customer, and she takes interest in how I am doing. I would recommend Dee to anybody who is needing insurance. You won't find a friendlier person than Dee and you feel extremely satisfied to use First Security.

Chad and his girls Laura and Debbie have always taken care of me very well and always reminds me when I need it! They have never let me or my sons bike insurance cancel because we forgot to pay the bill they are always on top of things I hope Chad realizes how lucky he is to have those wonderful women working for him!!! With them doing so they didn't just expand the lot size they were able to expand the building and services available. The drive thru area basically tripled. It also modernized it. The building it was in was a relic, a basic leftover of an era that tract of land hasn't been part of in a while. I mean, look, Jamesway Road, that should tell you all you need to know. With that, service was stellar. It was also a quick stop.

We stopped in this FNB branch to open a new account because neither of us had a local bank and we were going to need to wire money to our title company for the purchase of a new home at the end of the following week. The teller initially told us the money wouldn't be available for 30 days per policy because it was a new account, but after we explained our situation she spoke with the bank manager and they made some phone calls on our behalf and ultimately got the hold waived and made the funds available in time for us to wire them to our title company prior to closing. 5 stars for going above and beyond!

Another episode of vehicular banking. Most of my banking is when I am either on my way to or from…read morework. My bank that I deal with doesn't really have offices unless you happen to live in a high population area. So all my banking is usually by done mobile or drive thru. This location is in the plaza right along 22. Unlike other banks in the area it does not matter who you bank with and they will take a deposit. It's a newer branch and has all the conveniences. ATM is newer so no envelopes and no need to have to have a pen ready. Quick stop, some tapping on the screen, and I was on my way. It was a nice quick stop that kind of lead to me venturing further into the plaza to do a bit of shopping.
