They both have given excellent advice in tailoring our policies to our needs, and saved us many dollars over the years while smoothly and efficiently handling our infrequent claims. To borrow the motto of our beloved Nissan Xterra, "Everything you need, and nothing you don't." Two days ago my wife was passing a big rig on I-5 when it kicked a rock and shattered the cargo window on the passenger's side of the Xterra. I called Melanie to report the damage and within an hour received a call from Amanda at Platinum Glass who set up an appointment for yesterday at 0800. At 0910 Amanda called to say the installation was completed and the Xterra ready to be picked up. So, less than 18 hours from the claim to complete satisfaction. Kudos to Melanie at State Farm and Amanda at Platinum Glass for their excellent service and remarkable efficiency.
