When my husband and I first…read moregot married I talked to him about the insurance and how we could probably get insurance a lot cheaper somewhere else as, we have MULTIPLE vehicles insured through Wayne Miller and Farmers. He told me that he's been with Wayne for 30 years and he and Farmers have ALWAYS done him right. Well, a few years later I found out how true that was! My husband and I got into an accident caused by an uninsured, unlicensed, impaired driver that nearly totalled our truck. I honestly could not believe how quickly our truck was repaired and the claim settled. I didn't know that ANY insurance companies worked that fast and WITHOUT headaches! Not only is Farmers AMAZING but, so are Wayne and his receptionist Paula. Instead of mailing in our payment to Farmers every month, we walk it in just to say hello to Wayne and Paula. Even during the CARR fire when their phones were ringing off the hook, they had a big smile, hello and, "how's your day going? ". I probably would have been cracking and definitely not smiling under that much stress! Lol So, if you ask me if it's worth it to pay a little more for your insurance, I'd say, ABSOLUTELY!!!
