He told me that he's been with Wayne for 30 years and he and Farmers have ALWAYS done him right. Well, a few years later I found out how true that was! My husband and I got into an accident caused by an uninsured, unlicensed, impaired driver that nearly totalled our truck. I honestly could not believe how quickly our truck was repaired and the claim settled. I didn't know that ANY insurance companies worked that fast and WITHOUT headaches! Not only is Farmers AMAZING but, so are Wayne and his receptionist Paula. Instead of mailing in our payment to Farmers every month, we walk it in just to say hello to Wayne and Paula. Even during the CARR fire when their phones were ringing off the hook, they had a big smile, hello and, "how's your day going? ". I probably would have been cracking and definitely not smiling under that much stress! Lol So, if you ask me if it's worth it to pay a little more for your insurance, I'd say, ABSOLUTELY!!! I've been a loyal State Farm customer for almost 6 years!…read moreMoved from Vegas to join this office in 2016 and the office workers are excellent but today I spoke with Richard for the first time and he was SO mean! He usually doesn't answer the phone, and I see why! He has zero people skills. And could not wait to hang up the phone on me all because I wanted to know why my rate had an increase. Also, he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing at all (probably because his staff do all the work for him) he couldn't accurately figure out why my rate increased and then I suggested maybe it's becasue my Drive Safe and Safe fell off and he confirmed that was the reason (It is a program that allows discounts). Well, he told me that I didn't call them back in October with my odometer reading, which I acknowledged and after that I asked for an alternative way to decrease my rate and he kept trying to hang up and stop talking to me! Wow! The worst customer service ever! Then I asked him why he feels he has the right to punish a customer for not calling the office with an odometer reading by being rude and not wanting to be helpful and I called him out for repeatedly trying to hang up on me and he apologized and transferred my call to someone else! What a jerk! Condescending and high and mighty! I can't wait to transfer offices. He makes State Farm look bad. If you end up choosing this office, just know that the main guy is super incompetent and rude and entitled. He has terrible customer service and thanks to his front office that make him look good, he's somehow able to keep customers going back. The only thing going for him is his staff which are amazing.
