What started as a straightforward cabinet purchase quickly turned into a frustrating, drawn-out process. Communication was inconsistent from the beginning--calls weren't returned, timelines kept changing, and I often had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates. The biggest issue has been the condition and quality of the cabinets themselves. Several arrived with clear defects--warping, finish inconsistencies, and visible damage--but getting these problems acknowledged has been incredibly difficult. Instead of offering to properly replace the defective solid wood cabinets with equivalent quality, the proposed "solution" was to swap them out for much lower-grade particle board replacements. This is completely unacceptable given the original purchase and feels like a significant downgrade rather than a resolution. To make matters worse, resolving the issues has been incredibly difficult. Getting anyone to take responsibility has been a challenge, and scheduling corrections has taken far longer than it should. What should have been an exciting home upgrade turned into a stressful and time-consuming ordeal. Overall, this was the worst customer experience I've ever had. The owner is super nice and very helpful. She helped me pick out a plant that's easy for me to care for. I chose a neon pothos and I also picked up a sticker for my water bottle.
