Ive probably only written 5 reviews in my life, but I am compelled to share my experience with this practice. I have been going to Dr. Farnham's office for about 2 years and let me tell you, he is amazing. Thanks to a horrible childhood experience in the 70s I am the ULTIMATE WIMP when it comes to the dentist...I have historically only used a "sedation dentist" that provides IV sedation. TOTALLY NOT NEEDED in his practice; Dr. Farnham not only has all of the newest technology to make everything comfortable but he and his team are incredibly patient and understanding. I have had extensive work from restorations, fillings, extraction and veneer replacement (after it cracked from another dentists application 4 years ago) so when I tell you he is the best... trust me (and the gazillion dollars I've put into my teeth over the years), I know what I am talking about. After 45 years I am no longer terrified of the dentist. Dr. Farnham and his entire team are responsive, compassionate, competent, and make you feel right at home. I thank God I found them! read more

Very clean office, friendly and welcoming office staff, knowledgeable and pleasant technicians and awesome dentists! On my 1st visit, Dr. Farnham was more thorough than any other dentist I've ever been too! She asked several questions and listened to my responses, really making me feel like she cared. I've been to the office for 3 visits now, and they've been on time and I was satisfied with my visit each time. I just had my teeth cleaned yesterday, and beforehand, I inquired about having my teeth whitened. The technician explained the pros/cons to whitening at home vs. their process in the office. I chose to come into the office on another day and have my teeth whitened, and am really looking forward to it! I will certainly continue to come to Dr. Farnham with all of my dental needs and highly recommend you do the same! read more

I have been a patient at Farnham and Farnham for many years and the service this last time was great (as usual). I was greeted by Kelly when I arrived. She is always helpful and friendly and wears a smile that warms your day! Cathy did my cleaning ( I always insist on her). She is extremely efficient at her job and her personality makes it almost fun to be in the dentist chair! Dr. Farnham did my oral exam as usual and took the time to ask about a health condition I have as well as how my family was doing overall. I continue to be their patient because they have earned my trust and because they treat me like family! I just doesn't get any better! I went into the dentist for tooth pain and was given a 100% honest evaluation. The level of care Dr. Mac provided was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough and explained all of my options with me. He even gave me a referral to a specialist for a root canal instead of doing the procedure himself as he explained an endodontics should always do those kinds of procedures. The dental assistant, Lisa, was amazing as well. As a matter of fact, Everyone in the office was super friendly and took care of me as if I was family. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family as the level of care provided by Dr Farnham and his team is absolutely Incredible! You Guys Rock!!! read more

Dr. Sutton Farnham has been my dentist for 15 years and the quality of the dental care is excellent. I never have to wait for an appointment, they call with reminders and they work around my schedule. The hygienists are clearly well trained and experienced and are so friendly. My wife went to a different dentist due to the insurance network and returned after a few visits and was willing to pay more out of network to have Dr. Jackie Farnham excellent care. She has provided her with Invisalign as well. Our children also use Farnham and Farnham dentistry. I personally recommend the Farnham's to everyone who needs the best dentistry available. read more

We moved to Jacksonville in 2007 and started visiting Farnham and Farnham. We have come to have complete trust in both Dr. Farnham's dental knowledge and skill. Moreover, his ethics are on the highest level. The office staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make the visits comfortable. Wow! I don't even know how to begin. Everyone is so friendly and so personal. The decorum of the staff makes you feel like you've known them forever. They are all so knowledgeable, and professional. The Doctors and their dental assistants take time to explain in detail, the best plan for your specific dental care. Everything detail is spelled out to you in a very comprehensive way. A really wonderful practice. I'm not keen on visiting the dentists office as I've had some unpleasant experiences in the past. Dr Farnham and his staff really make your visit a pleasant experience. They're very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Dr Farnham gives you options for your dental treatment. He also doesn't recommend a treatment unless it's necessary for your dental health. This is definitely an anomaly in the dental profession. I would highly recommend Dr Farnham! read more

I really love Dr. Jacqui, I went to see her on recommendations from several fellow workers and that was around 10 years ago. She is the only Dentist that has not made me cry. She is honest and caring. She is a perfectionist, you will not leave the office until your bite is correct. I am blessed to have found a Dentist that I do not have anxiety going to see. They walk you through every process you are having, which takes away a lot of the anxiety from going to the dentist. Family dentist practice. Always friendly, gentle and helpful. Staff is the best and they remember you. Dentist are professional and work with you comfort level and insurance. I've had several experiences with other dentist that don't care. Farnham Dentistry cares and that is why my whole family goes to them. My dental hygienist, Elizabeth, is the type of professional that anybody would be very lucky to have treating them. She is very affable and thorough.
