I have to give a huge shout out to the team. I had a 10 am appt which should normally have lasted about 1.5 hours. They found a deeper problem. They worked straight through lunch until 2 pm to finalize the issue. They did not have to go the extra mile, but they did. Dr Bradshaw is an amazing dentist and more. He has the best team behind him that understands what is needed to get the job done and create a wonderful patient environment. If there was a concern or a problem with the balance, they should've said that the balance would have to be paid off before being seen. Instead of wasting my time, money, and gas. I didn't get an apology. No acknowledgment or nothing. Badly managed, poor customer service, no sympathy, no common courtesy, no common nothing!
