My toilet was starting to seep water out from under it, so I replaced the toilet but that didn't stop the seeping...I called Farrell Plumbing because they were highly recommended by a number of people on "Next Door" . Shawn was amazing...and very patient as I ask lots of questions about all the diagnostics and what was wrong and how to fix it. I was afraid my 3 year old great grandson had managed to flush one of his toys and it was plugging the line. Or that someone had flushed baby wipes. After finding no plugs in the line and no impingement by tree roots that would require having to replace all those lines Then the next step was to find the septic tank...finally we figured out that we needed to flush the septic system and that should take care of the issue... Shawn was great! He even stopped back by the next day while the tank was being drained and cleaned and recommendations made to keep the system running smoothly...I highly recommend Farrell Plumbing to anyone with a major plumbing issue! These guys at TeamFarrell Plumbing really did a great job in replacing outdated,shut off valves in my 1974 home..I would refer them and would call them back,if needed.They came out the same day that we called,and ED and Jeff got the job done and it was done right..And also..Both of these guys also explained other things to us,,that we were even able to get our dish washer,up and running again..And I say this magically,cause this dishwasher was dead sat,for 10 years.. We moved into a new construction house and we're having issues with the water getting hot on one end of the house.
