We even had photos and video of the storm and five commercial roofers attest to the cause of damage. We paid for the repairs out of pocket. Very disappointed in how this agency has changed. We have cancelled all our policies with them. I hope all the folks involved don't have to experience what they put us through these last 14 months.

At 11am, I visited in person with my mother as a witness and brought a recorded conversation to calmly prove what he had originally said before discontinuing our conversation. Instead of listening, Mr. Ray dismissed me, called me rude ahain, and refused to acknowledge the facts. When I asked who I could speak with to escalate the matter, he told me he had no supervisor. This experience was humiliating and upsetting, especially given I was respectful throughout. It's unacceptable for a customer, specially a woman of color, to be gaslighted and silenced for advocating for herself. My mother witnessed the entire interaction! The service was poor, dismissive, disrespectful, and so deeply unprofessional! I will be switching to another agent and posting this review on every platform possible so others are aware. DO NOT come here or do business if you are of color!

For the…read morelongest, I have been a State Farm customer, I was pampered with excellent customer service and unbeatable premiums, heck I even remember days in which I check my email to find that my State Farm agent sending me ways how to discount my already discounted bill (looking at you, Drive Safe and Save). However, and due to a State-to-State transfer, I had to blindly select this agent as my insurance broker, and that's when all hell broke loose. Insurance bills/cards being delivered two months after the fact (blaming the USPS as their reason), dropping the ball on updating my billing method because for some reason it got reverted to my oldest credit card "when the transfer happened", my old renter's insurance still active despite the fact I moved from that place (and the State) 3 months ago, up until last week, and this is true, Kelli from their office got mad at me (I still can't believe someone at fault still getting to be angry at a long-time customer) because as I called to see if they had my address right (because it was jotted down funny on my mailed bill), she told me "by the way, your account in closing status", and for that, I was undoubtedly furious, I had responded to all their requests with exactly what they wanted. While all of the above is "sad" funny, it really is comical that I am having to deal with this agent, as that even that I am logging in today, I found out that my Drive Safe and Save (my favorite discount) was disabled, and NO ONE from this agency even bothered to discuss that, I am guessing customer satisfaction is not what they are after. When i contacted them she stated the cancellation was still processing bc they had a new system, i lost a multi-car discount and I should expect a refund in "maybe 2-3 weeks." I asked her to email me proof this cancellation was made, she put me on hold and came back with a different answer. Now it appeared the refund didn't process bc they were waiting on my mom (policy holder) to call them and confirm the cancellation. The previous girl I spoke with did not inform me the policy holder needed to call and she confirmed the refund was processed. This is not my first bad experience with them. They constantly fail to communicate with the customer and set clear expectations. One time i went in for a quote on a car I was thinking about purchasing and while i sat in the office discussing the quote, another lady walked in and handed me the phone with my mother on the line. I was confused and so was my mom. They treat their customers as if they were thieves or trying to scam. We still have our house insurance but will be switching as well.
