Just for this month (May 2026) they are running a promotion - $20 off for qualifying applicants under 30 years old. Brandon was knowledgeable, patient, thorough and quick. He walked us step by step through the process and explained other features/options offered for our travel portfolios i.e. Clear. We applied online a few evenings before, scheduled an in-store appt and Brandon closed up the transaction in less than 10 minutes!! When the pain kept getting worse, I finally inspected the chair more closely and saw the gas cylinder didn't look like what should be on a genuine Knoll product. The gas cylinder clearly has a made by KGS Co., Ltd. marking on it. So I called the store to confirm whether the chair I bought was actually authentic and not Frankenstein'd, the sales person who sold me the chair, answered the phone and Instead of actually addressing my concerns, he acted like I was imagining things and insisted that it's a Knoll chair because it says so on the back. He then proceeded by saying that they don't take returns on used items as they're sold as-is, but will check with his manager. He called me a few minutes later stating that they would make an exception for me and take it back for a store credit only with a 20% restocking fee. In other words, they won't stand behind what they sold, but they will charge me to hand it back to them. I asked for the manager to call me, and - a shocker - no one ever did. Zero follow-up. Zero accountability. If you care about product, authenticity, being taken seriously as a customer, are getting basic professionalism, look somewhere else. This was a complete waste of time and money.

Despite being the only customer in the store, two employees appeared to argue over who would help me, which made it obvious there are issues among the staff at this location. The employee who eventually assisted me had a negative attitude throughout the interaction. Instead of properly inspecting the package, they shook the box, heard slight movement inside, and immediately insisted I needed to purchase a new box or extra padding. After adding significantly more padding, my husband returned with the same package a few days later and experienced the exact same issue. Employees again refused to inspect the package before rejecting it and cited a supposed policy requiring "no sound at all" and "no bends on the box," which seemed unreasonable and inconsistent with FedEx packaging guidelines. At that point, it honestly started to feel less like concern for packaging standards and more like employees were using vague interpretations of policy to pressure customers into buying additional boxes and padding materials.
