Me and my boyfriend went here a few days ago after buying a new truck. we went in got gas and food we get back out to the truck and it won't start we are stuck at the pump‍ oh and to make it worse the owner of the place had one of the employees come out saying "either move this thing or we are going to move it for you" luckily an old dude came out to help. the staff talk shit about each other and cuss at customers both staff cussed at me in one day (mind you I don't care its this day in age but coming here wasn't a greeting at all.) the kitchen still sells there overcooked food. I bought jalepeno bites just to realize there's nothing in the middle of them because they were so overcooked. this place is just sad. It's clean, which is obviously more difficult to maintain when it's larger but somehow they manage to keep it tidy, including the bathrooms There are so many goodies inside! From Mackinac Island fudge, to F'real milkshake/smoothie machine, to ice cream (which was our main purpose for the visit) This is one of those places where the smallest ice cream is 3 scoops of deliciousness. What I really appreciated was the courtesy of the employee who put on the first scoop and asked if I wanted the other 2 scoops, since it was for my child. I appreciated the kindness of the staff and they all seemed to be in good spirits during our visit. Anyway, I quickly agreed, knowing full well she would be sharing with me. The "Pothole" ice cream was heavenly and I think the generous portions make it taste better. It's really affordable too. I think $1.99 for the small? Regardless, it was with it for the memories. When I politely mention 1 cent is supposed to round down he got extremely rude. When I handed him a penny after he started cashing out he got even more rude. Told me I was wrong and thats how the rounding works. All I said was then the registers are programmed wrong told me to get gas somewhere else. Dont worry I will never spend another dime here. The fact that they can play with pick up times whenever they feel like it is bad enough but because I picked up my prescription 4 days early last month the pharmacist today explained I had to wait til tomorrow and did so with a condescending attitude and even laughed at me. it was so embarrassing that I lodged a complaint with corporate and had to post this review to let people know that they can't just play with peoples meds like that. I'm told one thing by one pharmacist but told something else by another. I will be going somewhere else next month for sure. Also this pharmacy has ridiculous long wait times as well as long lines. A lot of their staff is very rude as well.
