I was watching from my from my front door/balcony for the Stita Taxi & the driver was punctual, but, extremely rude. I live on the second floor of my apartments. As I stood in front of my door waiting I saw the Taxi driver on the main road. A few cars were still passing him, so, I ran inside my apartment & grabbed my bag & ran back downstairs to get into the vehicle. It wasn't even 2 minutes at most. It was less than 2 minutes.
