Katie knows exactly what she is doing; she is a perfectionist and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. I've been having my eyebrows done ever since I can remember (being born with a unibrow will have you tweezing in the 2nd grade), she is the first person to look at me and tell me EXACTLY what I need. I appreciated that so much because we only know what we know and she is the expert. Everyone else I had gone to previously would clean them and do what I asked, which is ideally what should happen. But Katie...she looked at me and told me "your eyebrows should start here," proceeding to map my brows out to perfection. I asked for a refund, and she said that she refunded me. After a week of not receiving the refund, I reached out to her and she completely ignored me for days. I had to make a claim with my credit card in order to get my money back. I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't. Once I submitted the claim and told her I was going to review her, then she responded to my messages with some stupid excuses. Don't trust her.
