8/2/24- STEER CLEAR !!!Super unprofessional. Talks back to customers. Was told to come and was being rushed for available opening and then refuses service. I asked a simple question... Used to refer her to many people but must have gotten to her head. Lost more than one customer . Ridiculous. Update to owners comment I never acted in a way where I expected to be seen right away I was trying to make my way to the open chair in your area and very rudely told me to stop moving and stay back so I stopped and stood in place. Why have a second chair if it's not being used? If it's policy, say so. Have it displayed somewhere. Should've asked me to do that as I was waiting. I was willing to sign it, you refused to service me even after complying. Don't twist words when the negativity came from you. Make sure you call first to make an appointment. But literally I was able to get an appointment quickly, I called before rush hour. And the moment saleema finished my eyebrows and I looked at them my first words were dammm saleema! I love them!!!! My eyebrows always look complicated when they grow back and her work, I was like wow. She's fast, not painful and her work is on point. She charges 12 for threading and you are able to pain by credit/debit or cash. Her personality is so welcoming and makes you feel like your talking with your own family. I loved her and her work. My first time coming to this salon located in the char hut plaza in Pembroke Pines . I was grateful for being able to do a quick walk in. SALEEMA was very welcoming , nice ,quick and gentile . First time I have had my brows done without squirming and I had no redness . She even dye my eyebrows as they are very lite. I don't understand this woman. Everytime I come in I am kind to her and tip her at least 20% if not more, but you never know what tiny miniscule thing is going to make her angry. In the past I've seen clients get there 5 minutes early & she talks crap about them for being early. If you are on time and she is still working on someone else she still acts like you are an inconvenience or that you are rushing her when you are just patiently waiting ur turn. Fill out her check in clipboard in a way that's not to her liking she will get angry. She talks poorly about her clients and she is very rude to you in front of your face. I don't know if she's aware how rude she is but I am not the first to write a negative review regarding her attitude. If I am such an inconvenience to her I can take my money elsewhere. If anyone was to talk to her the way that she talks to people she would not be able to handle it. Please humble yourself. Everyone is human. People come in to get a service done, not to be bullied, talked down to and treated like filth. I've never in my life seen someone get so angry over the pettiest things. This isn't highschool. Before this I had tried waxing (didn't like how unprecise it was) and then moved to threading even though despite all my requests they never really came out how I wanted. And now that she offers lash lifts and tints I really feel so much better about myself after stopping in. I work a lot and very early mornings (4am-on) and this helps me still feel put together and pretty without the work. And let me tell you the lash lift lasts forever.
