It saddens me to leave this review as I never actually got to do my lashes with them and based on their Instagram and this Yelp page - that their work was amazing. But this place is CLOSED. Do not book here. Does not exist!!! For my gender reveal party I was excited to do my lashes. This place is next to my house. Work looked great. How exciting. I made an appt for 9am today and to my surprise, no one was at the location. The location opened at 10am. I was like - ok I'll wait. I waited an hour. And turns out, the people in the location was a different spa place that doesn't do lashes. They said that I'm not the first but that this place is no longer open. No mention of that in this Yelp page. No mention of that in Instagram. Oh and you can still book an appointment online which requests for a deposit. What a sham and how unprofessional. Even if they open up in the future I will not be a customer due to the unprofessionalism. I even texted and called the lady and the voice machine acts as if they are still operating. I have been going to Francesca since 2017 on and off due to travel. I recently went back to have my lash extensions again, and there was nobody else I wanted to do them except her! Truly, she's not only very skilled and talented but she's an artist! She will make sure you don't have spider looking extensions that most women seem to be walking around with as lashes! Would NOT recommend! Three reasons: unprofessional - unsanitary - rude Back Up info... First, let me say, Yelp has never let me down until today! I contacted Francesca a few days in advance to book an appt for today. We scheduled for 930am. I received a text from Francesca the night prior from her trying to reschedule my appointment for a later time in the day but it didn't work well with my schedule so we agreed on 9am (1/2 earlier). I will admit we were running a few mins late (which I texted Francesca in advance, which she said was ok because she was running late herdelf). We got to the address (area rather) listed on yelp at 9:03am. We circled around the Costco/car lot area and still not able to find her shop. I texted Francesca and she informed me that we were at wrong address. The NEW address was about 10 mins away. We proceeded to the new address. No signage outside. I saw a commercial mortgage name but no sign for the business I'm looking for. So i sent another text to Francesca at 924am to say we're here. Francesca comes to the front to let us in (my husband and I)...there was no greeting, I guess annoyance from her since we were late. She rudely told us to sit in lobby, only to find out she was only talking to my husband and I was to go with her. Here's the deal guys...I can go on and on about my terrible experience with Francesca but the jest of it all is this...there are better places in FL to choose from. (THIS PARAGRAPH IS NOT MY EXPERIENCE WITH FRANCESCA JUST TO BE CLEAR..My first experience with eyelash extensions (which I found the place on yelp, was phenominal) the lady had me wash my eyes with gentle soap, she washed her hands in the room, she made sure I was comfortable to the table, put a blanket on me and proceeded. Before that, we talked about the different eyelash options, she asked were my eyes sensitive, which they are so she used a product that's less harsh on the eyes. She took 2 hours (which was great) so there was great attention to detail and thorough, and she explained everything she was doing to my lashes along the way. There was friendly conversation as well. So yes, a great experience. SADLY THIS WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE WITH FRANCESCA. Between her turning her phone off and running out to answer door and not one time even using hand sanitizer. I paid the $150 and gave her a $10 tip which is a small tip in my book, but was it worth it? Absolutely not. Anyone traveling from out of town, like myself... try someone else. This is my opinion and had I read a comment like this on Yelp I would have selected another business. read more

Update 1/7/16--I came back again to have a refill done and was charged the same as the first time because my lashes came off and had to do like a new set. Right now, a week later after my refill my lashes are gone again. I've have had fake lashes for the last 5 years and the previous person who did mine in Texas lasted longer. Fran is professional and a a nice girl, but maybe the products she is using are not high quality or maybe the product she is using on me is not that great. I don't know. Just my experience.
