First, during my pedicure, the water was initially cold. The technician emptied it, refilled it, and told me it was hot. It was extremely hot--so hot that I now have blisters forming on both of my feet. This was completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. Second, once my pedicure was finished, I noticed she had not applied a top/gloss coat. Third, I specifically asked for black chrome nails. The technician told me she did not want to seal the chrome because "that's not how she does nails." I spoke with the manager, and only then did she buff my nails and completely start them over. Finally, I looked at my finished nails and was shocked. My two hands are completely different colors. One hand is solid black, while my right hand is silver chrome with a black base. This is NOT what I asked for, and the finished result looks completely inconsistent. The technician's name was Cynthia. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this nail technician based on my experience today. I came in expecting a simple, relaxing nail appointment and left extremely upset, disappointed, and with painful feet that are now blistering. This was, without a doubt, the worst nail service I have ever experienced.

I can honestly say that Francesca is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I have been filling my lashes for years and no one comes close to her patience, quality of work and skill. The establishment was so great. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. During the consultation we went over different options and she gave me awesome recommendations. I trusted her to do what she does best and could not believe how great my lashes looked when she was finished!! They looked so natural and full. Overall I had an amazing experience. I want to say I had an amazing experience! It's been a while since I've done lash extensions and having the day off last minute I decided to come check this place out because there were wonderful reviews. The owner Franchesca responded to me quickly before the operating hours even started and scheduled me with Rossana despite the last minute request. I am so happy with not only the service but the lashes ! I didn't get a chance to get them done with Franchesca but Rossana is just amazing. This is the best place I have ever been to, I drive all the way from Miami to Davie, because the quality of products they use is amazing and their technique is just so perfect and so so delicate. I got a lash lift here, and I was so pleased! She is very detailed and thorough. After my first lift, some lashes bent weirdly and I asked her if that could be fixed. She saw me shortly after I requested and did not charge me for a fix, which really wasn't her doing. My lashes cross on their own. She spend a whole hour on the fix!! I would give zero stars if I could. I requested her services for a lash lift and tint. She sent me…read morea contract and was requesting me to pay the full amount beforehand, but I talked her down to 50% since I never worked with her before, and was weary. There was a threat of a hurricane coming the day that she was supposed to come to my house for the service. She said there was a lot of traffic and was not going to be able to make it on time, we kept pushing the appt for later, but she wasn't able to come. I asked for a refund, and she said that she refunded me. After a week of not receiving the refund, I reached out to her and she completely ignored me for days. I had to make a claim with my credit card in order to get my money back. I understand that she wasn't able to make it because of the weather/traffic, what's upsetting is that she said she would refund me, and then didn't and ghosted me. I asked my bank if she even tried to submit the refund (just in case it was still processing) and she hadn't. Once I submitted the claim and told her I was going to review her, then she responded to my messages with some stupid excuses. Don't trust her.
