She has a shockwave (ESWT) machine used to treat this condition, benign tumors on bottom of feet, which is very painful. When the doctor saw me, she pushed custom orthotics that cost $600, not covered by insurance. Keep in mind we just met, so I really wanted to get treatment for the tumors. I wouldn't say she is not knowledgeable, but she seemed offended that I didn't want to spend $600 on orthotics that I have no idea where they're made & she hasn't earned my trust yet... I came in to get treatment. After maybe 5 to 8 minutes or so, she did do a quick exam of the tumors, she just asked "any more questions" twice, to rush me out without being treated for the tumors. She said an MRI was ordered, I haven't heard a peep, it's been over a week, still in pain & need medical treatment. I feel that I was denied the treatment that I need over not buying custom orthotics. So no treatment and wasted my time, still in pain. Only plus for this practice is the staff was very professional and courteous.

My 4th visit she ordered an MRI for a "bulge"on the rear of my ankle. My personal Trainer and Physical Therapist albeit not a doctor suggested based upon experience of seeing my issue in other suggested an MRI from the beginning. Seems to me one addresses the obvious 1st to relieve the discomfort. Personally after 4 visits my opinion Certified Foot + Ankle is a business above health care. After spending a lot on various creams and making what felt like weekly visits, we decided to change doctors. Now, after just one visit to our current doctor, we are already seeing results. This doctor charges $250 for laser treatment, but recommended an alternative approach: pulling the nail. This solved the problem, and my copay was only $25.

They ended up giving me a replacement brace under warranty. They also gave me another one and I asked them is this covered under my insurance and they assured me that it was. It ended up a year later they are now trying to bill me for it because of a mistake they made. I no longer recommend this company to anyone even though prior to this incident I never had a problem with them.

The over-the-counter arch support they sold me for over $100 is no different from the lightweight ones sold in Walmart or a grocery store for about $10 and the custom orthotic made my foot condition much worse. I went out and purchased a new pair of wide sneakers with a thick rubber bottom and also purchased a Dr. Scholls tri-comfort arch support for $10 that has not only given me relief but has corrected the problems that developed after I started wearing the products I purchased at Foot Solutions. My perception is that this store is a gimmick and only exists to take your money. Why an over-the-counter shoe insert should be over $100 is ridiculous but when you are in pain you are easy prey and don't think things through. I have never had such a bad experience with a business like I did with this one. I feel stupid for falling for their sales pitch. Don't make the same mistake I did and find your own orthotic at a Publix pharmacy. Now that I have taken matters into my own hands and no longer have foot pain (no thanks to Foot Solutions) I am sorry I didn't try this first. These people may be certified in something, but I think it is all a crock. The products I purchased at Foot Solutions made my foot problems worse and gave me new ones. Avoid this place.
