Not asking for a new rug just for them to reimburse the cleaning fee. This place is ridiculous and unprofessional. They don't even do the clothes there they send them elsewhere. Please if you are trying to avoid ruined items go elsewhere for your dry cleaning. I also asked to speak with the manager, they have yet to call.

Took a dress here that needed to get altered. It was $30 for alterations which is great price. The…read morealteration was minimal as it was only adjusting shoulder straps to a bridesmaid dress. It took 4 days but since we had time it wasn't a big deal. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because though the alteration was simple it was not done correctly. We only needed about an inch of the straps to be taken in and when we received it, it was as if there was no adjustments made. The workers were nice and took it back, but did mention to us that they send out all alterations to someone else so had to resend it out to their seamstress. If you have alterations that are more major and need to try on to ensure it is done and fits correctly I would go to where there is a in-house seamstress just to be on the safe side. I would go back for small alterations such as hems and do you plan on going there to get dry cleaning to give that a shot.

Previously, they RUINED my very expensive suit supply suit pants a while back with no apology on the previous ones or even a reason to why they were ruined to completely no material. But did nothing. We let that one go and continued with service. But now a second time with my wedding suit with no apologies no empathy, but just said we were the ones that damaged the suit even though the suit went from the cleaners bag to putting on the same day. HappyNest had a great app, but I was wary as it is a franchise. So I lugged my first bags to another stand alone local business. They lost my laundry for a day (no sheets when I had houseguests coming) and destroyed a $60 item. So I tried HappyNest. Setting up an account on the app was easy. You get a choice of how you want your clothes handled, including a selection of detergents and softeners. They pick up in my area twice a week. You get a reminder text the day before, a text when they are coming, another after they have picked up, and a final when they are going to deliver. I got back all my laundry, clean, bagged, and beautifully folded--in 24 hours, exactly where I asked it to be left. It seems like some kind of minor miracle, and as a business owner I can't figure out how they can do all this for such a reasonable price. It's taking weeks for the part for my washing machine, but I'm not sure I'll be using it again in a regular basis. I discovered the franchise is locally owned and you have the ability to tip your driver through the app, although I wish you could tip through the text interface messages when it's delivered or picked up, something for the company to consider. Both times, they tried to claim they never received them. The first time I let it go, mistakes happen right? The second time was with 2 red and white sherpa pillow cases, very hard to lose track of. I spent over 3 weeks checking in every couple of days because they wouldn't get back to me. I asked them to put me in touch with the local team, they refused. I asked them to tell me where they sent my laundry, they refused. They claimed they looked at video footage and were "pretty sure" they never received my items so I asked to see the footage and they refused. Again, they tried to convince me I had misplaced these bright pillow cases somewhere in my house--it was all my fault! After they told me it was my fault for losing the items, they said they would reimburse for "good faith", like they were doing me a favor. Their company policy is to reimburse 60% of value for lost or damaged items. I sent them a receipt showing I had paid over $100 for the set, they offered me $10. I fought back and they offered me $17.99. I asked for an explanation of where they were getting this number as it was no where near 60% of the value of my item, and they showed me some random set of pillow cases they had chosen. It was a completely different brand and material of my items. They said this is what they were basing it on and that $17.99 was as high as they would go. Then they tell me they will only give it as store credit, meaning they will just get the money back anyways!!! I will never be trusting them again and I would warn you to stay away.

The customer service was also amazing. the owner came up to us and was letting us know how great his store is and it made me feel happy to see how happy he was with all the upgrades he put into it. Apart from all this it was very affordable too with the dryer being only 25 cents to get it started. I Really loved this laundromat
