They took great care of my clothes! Najma took care of me both times and she is a delight to work with. Thanks so much!

Great dry cleaners. They are real friendly and will work hard to have your clothes cleaned and pressed just the way you like.

Don't leave your laundry unattended. I needed to wash large items like mattress pads, blankets,…read moreetc. This layout is poor and has the large washers on one side and the smaller ones on the other, so you can't keep an eye on all the washers you have running. Because the soap quantity the attendant advised me to use (I seldom use large capacity washers) created so many suds, I had to run the mattress pad a second time without soap to get rid of the residue...another $10. I could have dropped it off and had it cleaned cheaper. I had not checked on the smaller washer right away. When I did, I noticed there were no other washers running on that side. However, a man I observed lounging around previously, had a cart next to my washer and when I approached my machine, he quickly turned away and left. I never saw him come in so don't know if he even had clothes to wash. The attendant stays in the back room so never sees who comes in or is in the laundromat. She should. It would serve as a deterrent for anyone entering with no clothes to wash. As far as the functionality of the laundromat, I find that you have to pay for extended spin to properly remove excessive water from your laundry. Otherwise, you will be spending the money on drying which results in clothes shrinking.

Our family is new to the area and we are still in the process of moving. We had some larger items…read moreto wash (like comforters) and needed them done today. Highly recommend Wash World, here's why... Firstly, customer service was impeccable. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and patient explaining how to use the machines. You can bring cash up to $20 bills and use the quarters to pay, OR, you can download the "FasCard" app and electronically upload money onto the app, then scan the QR codes on the machines. Their largest machine holds 13 loads of laundry which costs $22.50 (gigantic - it's like 8ft tall), and the smallest machine holds 2 loads which is $3. You can toggle the water between cold and hot. The dryers come in 3 sizes: $1.50/$1.75/$3 per 15 minutes. I don't encourage bringing large bills because they may not be able to break anything larger than a $20 bill. Now! Onto the environment. I came a littler later on in the day around 5-7pm, and it was immaculate. The staff are constantly cleaning, sanitizing the tables, and smells really good. They have like 7 TV's playing, so you'll always have something to watch. The WiFi is really great - we were able to watch a movie with no lag. The bathrooms are extremely clean and I didn't feel like I had to "watch over my shoulder" the whole time we were there. All in all, 10/10!

Definitely prefer this Wash World location over the one on N. 108th St…read more And compared to other laundromats, well this one is one of the nicest I've been. The staff was friendly and always busy keeping the place clean and sanitary. Although, I did get a large whiff of clorox when I was folding my laundry the other day, which wasn't the most pleasant. (An employee was spraying bleach to clean doors). Anyways! It's not too busy during the morning weekdays which I like, and the facility itself isn't so overloaded with wash orders (like on N. 108th street) that there are no large capacity washers available (9 loads and 6 loads). I was able to use one of the 6 load machines which was useful because I did ALL my clothes and bedding at once. At one point, I needed change for a $20, and I was able to get a 3 $5 bills and 5 $1 from the cashier so I wouldn't have to turn an entire $20 into quarters. Which was really nice. They also have a quarter machine for all your quarter needs, $1, $5, $20, $50 accepted (although I don't know why you would change $50 into quarters)-- there's no fee for this, just straight exchange. $1 gets you four quarters and so on. All in all, this will be my place to do laundry for sure! Check it out of you're looking for a laundromat. Plus they have free wifi and it's fast! PW: ILove2Wash!

I brought my wedding dress in to this location to have it professionally pressed before my wedding,…read moreas I'd read good reviews about their work with wedding gowns. My dress turned out great - no issues there. Five stars for the job. I give three stars for the staff. While friendly, there were some incompetency issues. I was told on the phone that if I brought my dress in on Saturday, it could be turned around by Thursday afternoon. When I brought my dress in that Saturday, the two girls at the desk informed me it'd take at least two weeks. There was no manager on staff with whom I could confirm, and fearful to leave it without confirmation of the timing, I took it home and decided to come back another time. I called back on Monday morning and spoke with somebody different, and was told, again as I originally had been, that the dress would be ready by Thursday if I dropped it off that day. I did. The same two girls were there when I dropped it off and apologized for the confusion. No harm, no foul. When I went to pick up my dress that Thursday, I was met by the same two girls. it wasn't until I got it all the way home that I realized I wasn't given the original garment bag back. The dress was just covered by the standard dry cleaning plastic bag. Shame on me for not noticing before leaving, but why wouldn't it have been standard to place to original bag with my dress? One of my bridesmaids was kind enough to drive back over and pick up the garment bag, which I immediately called to ask if they had. She picked it up and brought it to me. As I went to pack up my dress, IT WASN'T MY BAG! I was given a cheaper, shorter bag instead of the one custom to my dress. We had to make yet another trip to retrieve the actual dress bag. Sure, I blame myself partially for not recognizing the issues before I left the cleaner's premises, but isn't in the cleaner's job to get it right from the start? Again, five stars for the job itself. My dress looked fantastic. My recommendation? Train your front desk staff better and get it right the first time. I'd recommend Camelot to other brides looking to have a dress pressed, but with the warning to make sure you're given what's actually yours!
