This place straight robbed me. Over $30 a piece to sew on name and rank and ALTER each piece!!!! I'm deployed and I'm swimming in my uniform, they didn't alter it at all. Today I stopped by to pick up a few items that I dropped off last week for alterations and was treated (by Karen) like my hard earned money did not matter at all. My order that was ready for pick up totaled around 55.00 which wasn't what I was originally quoted but I didn't come there to argue with anyone. However, Karen's attitude about taking another order was less that pleasing and honestly if I wasn't new to the area and unsure of another shop that could do my name tapes I would've left...never to return. I'm not about to pay you money to throw receipts at me and talk to me like the same money that I just put into this store isn't the same money keeping you employed! I feel like I was either racially profiled or Discriminated against. Rest assure once I pick up my items I will not return to this shop. #Trash customer service! read more

We have been going to Dina's for years and always have great service with great prices, but this past time we went was above and beyond the service we normally get. My son had patches he needed to be sewn on his ABUs so he could wear them to school for ROTC. He finally got them on Tuesday and so we went to drop them off. The lady that greeted us knew the day he wore his uniform to school is Wednesdays so she stopped everything she was doing and told us to give her five minutes and she would do it that day so he could wear it the following day. He was so happy he didn't have to wait a week! I LOVE this place! read more

We use Dina's whenever my husband needs patches put on his uniforms. I found them online one day when we needed something done ASAP and they came through! They are experienced with military uniforms and always have a quick turn-around. I am planning to take a few things that I need altered there as well--hopefully they will be just as good! read more

If you are in a life-or death situation with your military uniform needs, this place is...available. They had my patches sewn on the next day, but the price for two patches sewn was outrageous. I can't speak to more in-depth tailoring needs, but do not take your uniforms here to get new patches sewn on if you can help it. Fortunately I am not foreseeing needing any more work done for awhile and in the interim, I'll be looking for another tailor shop that won't leave me feeling violated. read more

Awful place, piss poor business practice! My husband took his clothes there to get dry cleaned and it was the worst dry cleaning service we have ever experienced. They ruined an expensive taylored shirt we bought overseas. When I can back to show them and tried to get a refund, they told me only Dina can issue a refund so I left my name and number. She never called me back and whenever I called to follow up, I would get the run around and I was told Dina wasn't there and they didn't know when she was going to be back. I would have accepted an apology but they seem to lack such manners at this establishment. We are never going to recommend this place to anyone we know. read more
