She matched the shall to my dress quickly & as I ran back to the car for the payment then back into the store she had it steamed ready to go. I ordered my dress in the beginning of July, they had to special order it for my size. The dress I tried on was white. I go to pick up my dress in August and they had the dress and my veil in ivory. I specifically requested white. They then tell me that the dress isn't even available in white, and that they won't refund the 1,300$ I spent on this dress. The dress does come in white seeing as that's the color I tried on. The woman on the phone was very rude and uncompassionate, seeing that due to their error I now will have to postpone my wedding. read more

OH MY GAWD! Worst place ever! I would give this place negative stars if I could. My friend who was getting married wanted to get her dress and bridesmaid dresses from this store. I wasn't there for the originally fitting but when I went for the final fitting the lady was literally yelling at her, "you said you were going to lose 20 pounds" ... over and over again. Okay- so, the dress didn't fit the way it was supposed to, but that is no way to treat a bride. I was appalled and the bride was embarrassed. She did the same thing to us and our bridesmaid dresses - yelling at us that we all said that we were going to lose weight. How is it that ALL of the bridesmaid dresses did not fit? There was clearly an error with measurements or they do it on purpose to collect additional fees for multiple alterations. Stay clear from this store unless you want overpriced dresses, horrible customer service and a nasty smell lingering to your clothes after your done. read more

I'm sorry to say that this place was absolutely terrible. I'm not sure if she was the manager or not but there was an older lady there with short hair who was BEYOND rude. Some of what she had to say was informative but she was very in-your-face and over dramatic. And just plain rude. The girl that helped me try on dresses was kind and helpful, which is the only reason for the 2 stars at all or else there would be none. The whole store smelled dingy and almost moist, and was not very well kept. It was strange to see high quality dresses like Maggie sotterro in a store like that. - addendem so I when I asked them about when the dress would get in if they ordered it they said they would be able to check that on Monday (it was Saturday near closing time) and since I lived so far away, they'd put my card info on file, look into it Monday morning and that way if I wanted to order the dress, they could get it all set up without me driving back again. I called them Sunday and told them not to bother looking into ordering the dress and that I was no longer interested at all and not to run the payment. Monday morning I notice a charge on my card. So now I'm in the middle of trying to dispute the charge. We'll see how it goes. read more

Horrible, took my daughter there to get her dress. The one she picked out was WHITE the one they gave us WAS NOT and they are refusing to refund the money. We are short on time as she wants her grandfather to walker down the aisle and he is very ill and time is not in his side. They told us they have someone who can do the alterations on the dress in house and they do not. I don't see how anyone can run a business this poorly, and with out care given the type of business that it is. Had we known what a disaster this was going to be we would have not waited out time or money on this place. They lie to you about what your buying. And they say that most wedding dresses are not white. read more

Im from California and i've never been disrespect in my life. We came to this store to help pick a dress for my little cousin Quincenera. We were not greeted, we were not asked if we needed help. We were completely ignored. But once other girls started to come with their mom the workers were all on it giving them better treatment. This was definitely white privileged going on. I was so annoyed that I went to the counter and said I've been here for over an hour and all of you have ignored us. Can you please help my cousin in picking a gown. I have now been going to Fashion Corner for over 8 years. I have purchased so many gowns from Irene and her team and have never had less than perfect service. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and they know how to make your experience memorable and personable. The dresses are top of the line, great quality but at prices you can actually afford. We used to go buy in Seattle until we found this hidden gem that had the EXACT same dresses for a third of the cost. I highly recommend Fashion Corner and I bring people from all over the state with me to experience all Fashion Corner has to offer. Be sure to call ahead for an appointment though! they are always busy and have limited dressing rooms, especially for bridal. read more

I have been going to fashion corner for YEARS now. Starting in high school for proms, homecomings and random dress needs. This last time I got my wedding dress from them. I live in Seattle, but my family is from the valley and I wanted to go shopping with them and we knew Fashion Corner would be a great place to start. I wasn't even expecting to find a dress that day, but I was completely surprised! I worked with Annabel, who was VERY knowledgeable in all things wedding-dress. I brought my mom, sister and another friend. Annabel was conscious of them, but made sure that it was my choice on what dress to choose. (I wasn't super picky and my guests didn't contribute that much... but if they did, I know she would have stood up for what I liked). She also worked within my budget (under $600.. not much) and made sure not to show me any dresses that were over that so I wouldn't fall in love with a dress I couldn't afford. I appreciated that so much. They even worked with me to find my veil and a little headband/tiara. I found my dress in little over 2 hours. I was sold and in love with my perfect dress. It was a Maggie Sottero, on sale for 50% off because it was going out of production. I couldn't believe it! I gave 4 stars because their prom & homecoming dresses can be a little bit expensive, but you can find deals everywhere and in reality, they aren't that highly priced.
