She was AMAZING, super friendly, funny, and just had great energy. She offered a beverage before we got started, which was a nice touch. Ashley asked to see a picture of the nail design I wanted and absolutely nailed it. I even joked that she's a perfectionist because she paid attention to even the smallest of details. My mother however, her nails are really thick looking which makes it look bad when they grow out even a little, and the tech did not clean underneath each at all. They both get them done every 3 weeks and have a regular person here in Franklinton but went here because of the gift certificates.
