Granted, I was a (basic pedicure) WALK IN on the Saterday before Easter, but... While the place is massive, and visually impressive, it is functionally underwhelming. On what would/should be a very busy day, the salon was lightly staffed. The pedicure was rushed- with exfoliation virtually non existent. It was squeezed from the tube. A quick spread down the shins and rinse.I didn't get a color application, just wanted two coats of my own nail strengthener. We were done in less than 20 mins. I typically go to a different salon in Ramsey, but thought I'd give this a try. Won't likely be coming back. read more

DO NOT GO HERE ! ! ! ! Fashion Nails is the WORST nail salon. 1) They make up prices for addons not asked for 2) The the interaction between customer and manicurist is minimal. 3) Even if you make an appointment the wait is over 20 minutes - What's the point ? ? ? 4) the owner profusely apologizing doesn't help by any means. I have been loyal to them since they have opened when the wife was running the salon. I've also brought my mother, neighbor, and roommate to the salon based on quality and pricing. Every time one of them has gone they have issues with waiting even though they have an appointment. unfortunately i will not be going back even though it was convenient location wise and affordable. read more

Been coming here for a bit, the service is awful!!! The girl on the desk on the weekend is just downright nasty. Such poor time management. I love Doris so I tolerate her snarky attitude, but, this may be it. I end up waiting forever after my appointment time and she laughs at it. With her attitude, it's just a matter of time before they are under new management. read more

told it was 20 minute wait and an HOUR later ... no service and when i finally at least got them to fill water to soak my feet, its ice cold. Terrible service, People came in after us and they ignored my daughter and I. The male - like any many others noted- is rude and dismissive. read more

Have been going here since they opened because it was so close to my house. however, I went back today on a college break and I was so disappointed. I asked for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax and they did my pedicure made me wait 20 minutes for my eyebrow wax and then rushed my wax so much that half of my eyebrows were ripped off. as a young woman, my eyebrows are very important, and the fact that she botched them was extremely upsetting to me, and I will not be returning. read more

Loved this place! The salon is beautiful, super clean, and so relaxing (no TVs!) All of the staff members were kind, helpful, and accommodating. Cindy did my nails and she was amazing with both my manicure and pedicure. She was detail oriented and made sure I liked my color and was happy every step of the way. Very poor pedicure! The man cut my toe cuticles - they were bleeding, as he was trying to go so fast that he was profusely sweating. Uneven toe filing and the polish only lasted a week. Very disappointing! read more

Sent 4 people on my recommendation to Fashion Nail. The salon is beautiful, super clean, but I went for a pedicure today and always use the same colors on my toes, for years at other salons, and had no coverage issues. I think the person was afraid to use a lot of polish. Very uneven coverage, also uneven nail filing. I do not care about the amount of lotion on my legs, but do care about the pedicure look and polish. Hoping that the next time I will get a person that is experienced as Kim G.'s recommendation is and will be happy with how my nail polish looks. read more

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. He barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet it was like he just rubbed the foot scrubber quickly on them. The nail polish was uneven on some nails and bubbled up on others. I asked for it to be redone and he did. He then kept smudging them and having to redo it. When he finished again and asked if it was ok I said that the one nail did not have the top coat. He got mad and stood up and walked away. Then two other employees came over and said they would fix it. This is extremely unprofessional. For a brand new salon to not take pride in their work in order to bring in more business Is concerning. I also have never had a pedicure done so quickly 15 minutes was all it was. They also advertise that they are open till 7:30pm. When I got up from the dryer to pay at 7:15 they all went running out the door before I even left. I will be shocked if they can keep this business up and running. read more
