I went to get my nails on my first time Tuesday afternoon with my sister. I picked a light white color and ask for an additional coat and was told no. I called when I got home to say I would like to come and change the color and they did and rushed me and weren't happy. Yes it's a crazy time with covid -- made an appt for daughter and I on a Sunday AM. We come in and do safety check but can't pick out colors because a group of 3 comes in after at the cramped door; owner or boss says you need to get now or else they will go in front of you. Umm we have an appointment AND you could have made them wait for us to get color. Are you kidding?! She's literally gotten up from her client 8 times in 10 minutes. My water is cold, person is rushing through my daughters pedicure (painting 7 minutes in?!!!!. Really disappointed. read more

Had been going there for years. Liked Annie, the former owner. The last time I went (several months ago) they charged me $45, before tip, for a simple, plain pedicure, no extras. The girl rubbed my feet and legs and it hurt. Not an enjoyable experience and I will never go back and do not recommend. read more

I love Coco nail. It's close by, clean, and the staff is always friendly. They do a great job w gel nails, pedicures and eyebrow wax. They have many options but are not pushy about adding extra services. Sometimes I just want the basics, some times I'm in the mood to add a spa pedicure or a massage. The owner Katy took over right before the pandemic and had to adapt very quickly. I was so worried for her w the closing and then very slow reopening, but she managed to keep it going and I'm so happy for her. Came here for the first time in a long time and I regret it. Got a regular manicure and it was completely rushed. Someone else walked in and the woman doing my nails sent me to the dryer and had someone come up and rush a top coat while I was drying my nails. Their prices are more expensive for a regular manicure than my usual go-to place and the mani didn't even last 1 full day without chipping! I'll never go back here. Very nice staff but very disappointed in the condition of tips on my nails. 3 tips fell off within the first week - Each time, I didn't even notice they fell off at first, the entire tip just fell off, without hitting my nail on anything - clearly they just didn't do a good job solidifying / bonding the tip to the nail and I'm annoyed I spent 100+ for that to happen. read more

They never do what I ask every time I come into this establishment. I was speaking with another customer regarding this issue in which the owner told me I was rude because they speak English. I asked her if they speak English then why don't they speak the language infront of their customers. She explained she was trying to explain my situation to the nail tech who clearly does not speak English. For all the nail salons in and around Ramsey I would avoid this one. The owner is touch and go. She can be nice but she can also be very abrupt. For the money you spend on a gel manicure and pedicure, no one deserve walking on eggshells with the owner. read more

Hands down, best pedicure I've ever had! Nice, clean salon with fabulous massaging chairs (the best I've ever sat in!) and a thorough, relaxing pedicure with callus remover. My feet have never felt so good, and they did a perfect polish job! Friendly staff, lots of polish options - all for $30. I definitely recommend it and will make the drive to go again! read more

I like this place, I especially liked my lady I had gel manicure done, and she did the works - hot towel, hand massage, cuticle treatment, back massage They have a wide selection of gel colors too My only comment- the interior is kind of small, cramped, and not so fabulous. I walked in with my friend and there were two girls finishing their manicure. There were 5 workers and they started working on my friends nails but not mine. The second another customers came in (without a reservation) they stopped working on her. We have been waiting for over an hour and they have yet to start on me or finish her nails. They made us move so that they can start working on new customers. Will never be coming back here ever again. 0/10 service, obnoxious they would take 9(!!!!) costumers without a reservation before they would start working on us. read more

Loved this place when Terri owned it. My girls and I used to get mani/pedi's on a regular basis. We have noticed that many of the original manicurists are now gone. The new owners refused to honor a gift certificate purchased at Coco and I have not been back since. Bad buisness move on the part of the new owners, and I discreetly told them so. read more

I received a pedicure and got no massage which i always come to get because my work involves being on my feet all day 6 days a week. I really look forward to them and the past 2 times i received the worst pedicures I've ever had. No massage, she just threw the color on it looked like she was in a rush and wanted to leave. I came at 4:00 on a Thursday so its not like they are closing and it wasn't busy and i felt rushed and there was no effort into it. Very disappointed. Pedicure was ok, but it came out messy. Gel manicure was not good. Forced me to pay $5 extra for some special base coat, cuticles weren't pushed back or cut and they switched my color because they wanted to and it came out horrible. Color on each hand was different, nails were uneven and messy. Will not be coming back here. read more
