I've been to this salon twice now, and both times I've been overcharged for services I didn't ask…read morefor -- and it honestly feels like they hoped I wouldn't notice or question the bill. The first time, I called ahead to ask how much gel nails would be and was told $45. When I went in and got them done, the final bill was $120. When I asked why, I was told it was because I got chrome -- which I didn't. Then the story changed to it being because I received a massage. I was never asked if I wanted a massage, nor was I told it would cost extra -- let alone $80 extra. The second time, the same thing happened: services were added on that I didn't ask for, and when I questioned the total, she panicked, clearly realizing the mistake, and offered a discount for next time -- which doesn't make up for overcharging me in the moment. This place consistently adds on charges without transparency or consent and then can't get their story straight. I highly recommend getting your nails done elsewhere. You deserve to not be charged for services you didn't receive or ask for.

Unfortunately, I'm really disappointed. Within 24 hours, four nails popped off after my…read moreappointment. This wasn't normal wear and tear--basic daily activity. I went back once already, so this happening again points to a prep or application issue. I expected better quality and durability, especially for the price.

The store front is a really weird split set-up. Which is okay. It's just not vey open. It seems the…read moreshop is comprised of two narrow shops put together. The music was that of something you'd get a massage to. My friend and I were getting a pedicure and manicure. The nail polish wall had all kinds of signs of up-charges for "better quality" polish. That was a sign of what's to come. The nail technician was sweet. She pointed out the different spa packages on the wall. $70 was the starting price. (For just a pedicure with callous remover, maybe some sea salt scrub. Not much you're getting added) I was kind of appalled by such a steep price. I then decided to go with just a pedicure. I cancelled my manicure. That's when I could feel the demeanor of my nail technician change. My pedicure took less than 20 minutes. She didn't really get off extra cuticles. The polish was put on really thin and I'm not too sure she even put a top coat on. She rubbed my feet for like 30 seconds each. No alarm set for time. Ran me $38 for a basic pedicure. $6 for polish removal. After tip, that was a $52 disappointing experience. My friend's dip nails turned out really pretty, but chipped after walking literally one block away.

I've been here a few times and each time just got worse. The nail technician was rude the entire…read moreappointment because while I waited for 30 minutes, she felt my previous nails should have been soaking off. Clearly, that wasn't my decision. The gel manicure is a mess, she didn't cut or clean up my cuticles, she didn't ask what shape I wanted, and the gel is all over my fingers. This cost me $60 after tip. I will not be going back.
