They said "ok come , we look" so I went back 3 hours later (that was the only time I had unless I was going to wait the next day) and they couldn't of been more unprofessional the whole process was bad one girl couldn't stop from messing up my nails on my feet's with the gel setting lamp, so I mentioned maybe the polish was old etc because she was having other issues anyway another girl comes to finish and nearly 3 hours later I was done . The lady at the desk asked how they were I said I guess they will do. I literally do better myself and could have saved 100 bucks . Anyway I know stuff happens I'm in the beauty industry myself but To have such unprofessionalism was what put me over the top. I would have never treated a client this way. Not to mention they were discussing it in their language. I asked about a partial refund or redoing them with a different polish lol she said "No time" so basically "you done" they got your money.. she did end up giving me a twenty after discussing with her boss. But acted like it was my fault .. I ended up filing off the top coat and just painted them myself and it looks better than what they left me with. So minus- stars.. lesson learned...

I have consistently used this nail salon in Walmart for several years. 8 times out of 10, I love the experience. Everyone has bad days, and the staff there sometimes does too. I like Tracy. I love Katie and Julie. I try to avoid the mom, but I don't make a big deal if I get her. I notoriously never make appointments, so I understand that I get who I get when I go in. They all do quality work, but some pay more attention to detail. Have I been hurt and bled? Multiple times by different people. Maybe that is someone else's final straw, but I just feel like I pretty consistently get what I want without too many issues, so I go back. I think it helps that I know what to expect. I've always had great pedicures no matter who does them. I get lots of designs, multiple colors, shapes, and they always try to accommodate. I've tried many other nail salons in town, and I have just always felt like Davi is still great for price, availability, and convenience. The shop is kept clean, and they just added this very pretty new tree for decoration. I know this is a long review, but I felt the need to fully explain my stance knowing the reputation. And maybe eventually I'll try out other nail salons again, but I'm pleased with Davi overall.

Refused to let them do my nails again went in to just get a pedicure the tech had me set at a nail station and stick my foot under the table so she could use the grinder tool to remove my toe polish. She grinded the skin around my toe nail and then took me to the pedicure chair barely got water in the tub she put the callous scrub on my feet I let her know my toe was on fire she said it probably cause I had a prior cut. She rinsed my feet put lotion on my calves and proceeded to polish my toes. I remarked that from the time my phone said I parked the car walked in and pedicure was finished was 15 minutes. And was charged $51 ! That was an expensive 15 minutes, 2 out of 3 visits were a disappointment so I will never be back! And do not recommend anyone else to either.

So apparently, if you want to be treated as a nuisance, a burden rather than a paying customer, have your children criticized because he doesn't like them, and have your hands treated so roughly that they hurt during and after, go there and see this guy. Lily Nails . I would encourage you to address your expected customer service skills of your Employees. Muskogee is a small enough place where word of mouth is relevant for a business, people look out for others, and customers have a lot of other options to choose to support and spend their money at.

First of all the lady who did my haircut cut my hair like a MAD MAN. She was soo violent and didn't listen to me, didn't pay any attention to the Images I showed. I expected this so again probably my fault. I felt she was rushing her ass off. I wish she had listened to me and took her time. I've never had anyone hurt my head before while shaving the sides but she managed. I was shocked she didn't actually draw blood. I asked for a Mohawk and showed many images of what I wanted. By the end she asked me if it was okay and it was AWFUL. I didn't want to tell her anymore what I wanted because it was soo bad I just couldn't handle it anymore. I needed to leave. I get it. They didn't want to cut my hair or my sisters hair and rushed it. If you want any kind of cut that isn't just a normal womens cut I would advice against going here. My sister had images for a pixie cut and also didn't get what she asked for. She asked for her bangs to not be cut straight across and now she looks like baby Huey. Horrible HORRIBLE experience from someone who has such anxiety for getting haircuts because no one EVER listens to me not EVER. This just solidified the fact not only will I never NEVER get my hair cut here again, that I will never get my hair cut in Oklahoma again. And I unfortunately live here.

I'll let you be the judge. His nail shaping technique is very basic and has no contour. They look like cockroaches on my fingers, but the color did turn out pretty, however Mike did not listen or want to take the time to understand what I was asking for despite bringing it up multiple times. I was basically dismissed and told I am getting what I showed in the picture. Very disappointed. If you want something simple like a dip, I'm sure he would do fine but if you want them to have that professional quality, this is not the place for you.
