I am the customer who has a complain about one employee whose name is heidic and about the manager as well who was short lady who works in burbank2 , so I usually do only online purchase but today I have been in burbank location and were going to do purchases, I did choose a lot of items to buy but from first moment the worker heidic showed attitude who is she that she by being in customer service field showing attitude to customer can you give me proper reply ? she should be happy that she has a customer like me in your store. I were giving her simple questions but she was lazy to answer and were asking me to look into the policy, maybe I could not read , if she could not satisfy the customer it is better her to stay at home, plus she and her manager right there should remember that they work there with the customer money so now because of them I will not go there any more and will encourage my frnds as well not to go that store as there is not service, and one more thing it doesn't mean how long they work in the company but the main thing is the quality of work which they both don't have and they are unprofessional as the manager whom I gave my complaint instead of saying sorry for her bad employee she just protected her employee which was unprofessional as being manager, they both did behave as racist hope your company will give them notice and you will fix your service read more

Fashion nova is filled with trendy ripped jeans, lace-up tops & sexy floral dresses. Next season it will probably be filled with whatever the new trends are. Rap music blares to the point where conversation is difficult. Everything is pretty cheap ($25 - $35 range). The store was understaffed but the sales people were friendly and tried to be helpful. (I'm actually writing this review because one of the girls told me we'd get 15% off with a yelp review.) I came here with my teenage daughter to exchange some clothes she bought online. WARNING: fashion nova does not refund clothes bought online. Store credit ONLY. Two things she bought were on sale so we could not return even for store credit! Be careful shopping here and be sure to try everything on before you buy. Personally I think the clothes are hideous but they're not for me. read more

If trash customer service needed a face for their brand, this establishment should be first in line for consideration. I took my niece shopping here and when we went to pay for her stuff, the computer crashed, however before crashing it charged my card, the sweet cashier called her manager (short older rude lady with a blonde ponytail) and she came over and said "oh the charge is not in our system, we have to hold on to the items until it post or we have to pay again" PAY AGAIN??? so after waiting for over 30 minutes for them to figure it out, I just paid again because I have things to do. However a few days later the two charges posted to my account, so I went back to the store to get my money refunded and the care they gave was zero, Stephanie the manager was very nonchalant she told me I have to call my bank and dispute the transactions. Ordered a hat online. It didn't look as well as I wanted it to once I received my order. I went to this location to return it and it was unfortunate that they don't return accessories. I decided to shop while I was there. The girl at the cashier was nice enough to hold the hat for me meanwhile. I left after shopping and forgot to ask for my hat back. Apparently they misplaced it for a couple weeks. Nobody could find it. After speaking to management (Dolly) she was able to check the cámaras and see where my hat was at. Very happy with the amount of control and professionalism Dolly treated the situation. This could have turned completely opposite had nobody given it the attention she did. read more
