The last two online orders I placed have been delayed well beyond the expected delivery dates. However, my most recent order is what led me to submit this review. The estimated shipping timeframe of 3-7 days has now turned into 8 days with no delivery. UPS tracking details show that the package has not been scanned since 5/11/26, while Fashion Nova tracking states it was scanned on 5/14/26. The conflicting information has made this situation even more frustrating. My birthday was on 5/15/26, and the attire for my event was all white. Unfortunately, because my package did not arrive on time, I was forced to wear another color--not by choice--to my own event. If you order online, you have to pay $5 dollar shipping to return it, just to get your money back and if you go to the store to exchange or return for something else! I'm very disappointed with Fashion Nova. Their return policies are not clearly explained before checkout. Be careful--because not all items are eligible for a refund, and instead of returning the money to your account, they only issue store credit. Even then, when they receive your returns, it takes far too long to process. It's been almost a week since they received mine, and I still haven't gotten my store credit. On top of that, their customer service is nearly impossible to reach. The email address listed on their website is incorrect, and when you try to use the online chat, it just gives an error.
