Visit this place, definitely having larger sizes a is awesome! Doesn't discriminate against anyone tiny or not. Didn't try anything on but I know my own sizing. Plus everyone in the store that Saturday morning was fantastic! I'd definitely go back. I don't live around there but visit every once in a while. Manager/owner was friendly! Dressing rooms not available! Is it a problem with not wanting to help people with their size? The last thing I want to do is drive 1 1/2 hr drive home to try on clothes then have nowhere to exchange it. I had a $100 worth of clothes in my hand and unfortunately saw the "No dressing rooms" and walked out. Pretty anti-customer and un-friendly. Infuriating! read more

I love fashion q for their cute affordable clothes. I have been coming here for years and really don't feel the need to shop anywhere else. They have clothes, shoes, bags accessories and more. Friends and strangers would compliment my outfits and ask where I bought said item, and when I would say fashion q, they are shocked. Two stars for the selection of clothing. I've been coming here for 10+ years. I love the selection of clothes they offer. Cute, trendy, and at a good deal. They seem to get new styles in every few weeks. Their jean selection has only gotten better over the years too. Their customer service is horrendous. Some of the younger associates are friendly for the most part, however management is a disaster. They are either rude or unfriendly. Luckily for them, the clothing keeps the store afloat because if the prices were higher or the selection dwindled, I can't see this place staying in business off laurels alone. Their return and exchange policy is so outdated and anti-customer sometimes it's nerve wracking to purchase something unless you're absolutely sure you won't want to return it. Wish they would be more friendly and customer-centric. The effort would go a long way. read more

This store has cute clothes for cheap but I am sad to say that I will not be coming back due to terrible experience with staff. I came in tonight around 615 to find a cute top to wear tomorrow. After a few minutes of shopping I had a couple tops in my hand and as I was heading back to the dressing room I believe it was the manager told me they close at 630 and I could NOT try on the tops. I was shocked (I still had 10 mins until closing) and there were other customers in the store still. I said ok put the clothes back and left without buying anything. She was extremely RUDE. My daughter and I had stopped by fashion Q yesterday and as soon as we stepped in the store the two ladies who were young Asian girls working at the register tells us they are closed. Funny thing though in front of their store it stated Saturday close at 8:30pm remind you it just turned 8:00 when we stepped in the store. I told the girls that worked there "don't you close at 8:30?" They replied with "No" and I then said "that's not what your sign says in the front it states 8:30" "maybe you should change that then cause that false time you are giving your customers". There was people in there shopping which didn't make sense. I walked out of there upset! But whatever they lost my business that day. The owner needs to change their time. read more

The service is horrendous, the associates will literally make you chase them around the store. The clothes are not true to size what so ever. I wear a 1x-2x depending on the material and everything I've tried on in a 3x will not fit. My niece that wears a size medium has to get xl at this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE. read more

Wow I'm shocked at these reviews. Came in on Sunday for the first time in years and wow!! I had to run out of here quick because I literally was about to buy the whole store. So many cute things for such amazing prices. Maybe the quality isn't all that but I'm not planning on wearing the items I bought forever. So many sheer + mesh tops which is exactly what I was looking for. Employees are alright I don't really care tbh, I know what I want I never need help while I'm shopping. One of the girls working kept staring at me (not in a rude way) I thought it was a bit odd but at checkout she was actually very very sweet. I love that they have plus size also just because sometimes "Jr sizes" don't fit a women with curves. But my goodness, they ARE SOOOOO RUDE. Zero people skills what so ever. I would give this 5 stars because the clothes are absolutely a bang for your buck! But there's something I don't like... I have been shopping here since I was 10, 12 years strong now and I go monthly. However there are 2 Asian women who work there one taller with a Bob who is ok when it customer service but everyone else sucks. The other oriental woman is a B****!!!! I came to show MY store off to an(asain)friend and when we went to try things on the lady counted her items and let her in... When it was my turn she counted my items and checked all the pockets!!!!! I ought to slap a B***!!!!!!!! I hate making things about race but this bleep followed me around the store on a constant basis until I finally embarrassed her for harassing me in front of customers! I love the clothes here, they have great prices and super cute things, but the Manager make me not want to come here. She is extremely rude, and has no people skills whatsoever. She fights with customers, and is just horrible all around. Last time I came here I grabbed at least 12 things to try on, I'm in the dressing room with the rest of my clothes on the outside of the door and I can hear her fighting with another lady in the store. I took off the outfit I was trying on, and someone knocked on the door, and after I replied "yes?" She then proceeds to OPEN THE DOOR WHILE IM BASICALLY NAKED!!!! Are you kidding me?! This is the only fashion store by my work and I stop by on occassion on my lunch. I used to buy more often, the clothes is nice but sometimes the management seems very cold and not welcoming. This has always been my favorite local clothing store for whenever I need something cheap (long camis for $3.99? check!). I've been going here since I was a teenager in high school and I'm still going here now in my late twenties (almost 30, eek!). Terrible service, tried on a dress the asian woman was rude after I told her I was taking one of the two she just snatched the dress. They also have their employees follow you around the store. I shop here occasionally. I always find something I love for a really good price. I'm giving this place a 3 star rating because it is worth while shopping at this store. The clothes an prices are great. The only thing that really should be worked on is the customer service. The ladies that work there stare at you while you're there. If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in to return some clothing that I had purchased because the quality was terrible. I understand that they only give store credit which is fine. What was absolutely unacceptable was the customer service. I came in on August 17th around 4:50pm and whoever was upfront returning my items for store credit was the most disrespectful person I have ever met in my life. She was catty, rude, insensitive and extremely sarcastic. She was also a grown woman which was shocking to see how someone that old could be that rude and disrespectful almost like she was a child in high school. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service. That woman is lucky she has a job there because with those customer service skills I'd be surprised if she landed a job anywhere else. I went shopping here and have been for years I went to try on six items the lady came and put them in the room for me I tried them on and when I came out I had put 4 back and had 2 in my hand that I wanted to purchase and the lady said you tried on six and I said I know I put them back I had to count them for her and she still question me I told her to check her security cameras and I didn't even have a bag with me she just stared no apology for false accusations so I was truly upset and put down the two items I was going to purchase and walked out. Walked in to the store and was asked to step out because they were closed, yet the door was open and unlocked.

I always like to come here when I need new jeans, for some reason they fit my body just right, and are comfortable, I find it difficult to find pants or bottoms that I feel flatter my body type. So, grateful for finding this place for pants, and am ok with paying $20 for pants I actually like. The only thing I don't like is the return policy, and the vibe I got when asking what it was. The chick that rang me up seemed like they don't even like the thought of you trying to return anything. You have 2 weeks to get store credit, no money back AT ALL after purchasing, and no returns at all on sale items. I'm the type of person to get home, try the items on with different shirts or whatever, and sometimes I decide I don't like it anymore for whatever reason, never wore it out, tags still on. It's just unsettling that I can't even get my limited clothes spending money back if need be, and I don't like that sale items are final, at least give me store credit. I would be more loyal to this place if I didn't feel trapped as a customer. read more
