One store might be nice and neat with friendly people, and others are like some kind of flea market with grouchy employees who hate you for even being there. This store is the former! I went here after visiting the Dedham store, which is hell hole. I don't know the name of the woman who runs the store, but she was extremely friendly and helpful. All of the clothing, even the clearance racks, were neatly arranged by size and color so everything was easy to find. Why can't they all be like this?

I was sick, I had one pair of underwear with me that I hand washed. When I realized that it could be a longer stay, I tried first to order some essentials to be picked up. The app wasn't working for me for same day pickup. (Might have been my brain too) I called the store and asked for help. I had a lovely personal shopper help me by phone with some basics -joggers, underwear, t shirts to give me a chance to relax about my lack of hospital wardrobe. I am horrible with names in the best of circumstances, so while I wish I could mention specific people, I'll just say THANK YOU to everyone that helped me. My aunt was able to pick up the selection at the store and bring it to me without issue. While I didn't get to wear everything in the hospital (hospital gowns being de riguer), the clothes really came in handy during my recuperation. Thumbs up for great customer service, compassion and kindness. You had a weird request and came through brilliantly. Thank you!

She stayed in contact with me all throughout Covid 19 and made sure I had everything I needed. Plus some she gave me more then what I ordered and it was expensive and the fabrics are beautiful and I got fans for my bridal party.
